This service and it's employees at the Reno location, hands down, is AMAZING!!! Prior to arrival they called with an ETA. Once there, they were friendly and very professional. Pricing is fair based on the amount of "junk" that needed to go. The movers got straight to work, removing a huge three-piece sectional couch, a large very heavy oak dresser, bedside table, and a queen size bed in 20 minutes!! THEY WERE FAST! I would highly recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK, and will without a doubt, I will use this service again!!!!

Very Rude and very unprofessional at making quotes with my wife while I was at Work... be careful! They will give you quotes and then change them throughout the job. They wouldn’t even take an additional plant and staged the truck up with cardboard without breaking it down. One of the guys stated to my wife that “ it’s either this or that” They are professional scammers in disguise.

Big plus is that they do donate your items if they are in good condition which mine were. So they will give to a non-profit and then send me the receipt. It can't get much better than that!! If you need your junk removed, I highly recommend calling 1800GOTJUNK. I booked an appointment today and they were able to send a team out within an hour. Justin and Haemish were absolutely amazing. They were extremely kind and careful removing our junk. When I need their service again, I will definitely be calling these guys!
