It's a junk, scrap yard plus they tow and keep your vehicle in all that mess.....if they tow you from a property.....the price is $200 to get your vehicle back. My vehicle was only there for 10 minutes

Contacted road side assistance for a flat tire. Typically, it takes forever (3-5 hours) for the provider to arrive when using my road side assistance through a third party. NOT THIS TIME! Cooter Enterprises was so fast and friendly to boot! They arrived within 40 minutes! Great price, quick service and friendly staff. Went there a few weeks ago to junk a car. Got $350 bucks for a Mercury montego. Best I would have gotten for it anywhere. Quick no questions asked. Guys were very nice and very chill. No long process.

Stood me up on my Roadside Assistance call. They first claimed they did not get information from Roadside. Then, they said they had tried to call me for directions, and I hadn't answered the phone. How could they have tried calling me if they didn't get my information from Roadside? And, by the way, I had my phone in my lap the whole time I waited.

I felt like I was cheated they must have thought that I was new to it because the only thing that they even gave me a semi fair market Price on was my number 1 Copper I had number one boards I had boards with gold on them I had number one extrude aluminum and more. My pieces were clean a free of debris I walked out of there with $14 out of a hole Rubbermaid tub full of extruded aluminum clean number 1 Copper and boards with gold. I'll never go back

Female perspective!! Entrance isn’t very clear. I took a friend and I personally would have left without getting what I needed Bc it doesn’t look safe for a female and wasn’t welcoming/approachable. Due to a disability I need clear, concise and accurate information to be able to make decisions and go to an unfamiliar place. I’d rather pay triple at a chain auto store, which is very sad. Hopefully this is used for constructive improvements for the owners/management to better the approachability.

Found them on craigslist, texted to see if they had what I needed and they did. This was all in text messages with an employee named Jorge. I had texted Jorge I was on my way at 4:10, when I got there I saw his reply that they didn't have time to remove two tires. I went to the desk since I was already there and He told me they needed at least an hour to unbolt two wheels and remove the tires. That might be almost reasonable if they were using a manual bead breaker and spoons, but I bet they have a tire machine and just wanted to be done working early on Friday. Enjoy the weekend dude, you will never have any of my business.
