Every time I go to City Scrap I get the best service. Pull right up and they unload it. Then I grab my cash and I'm out the door. There prices are the tops in the city. Thanks to all the guys at City Scrap for doin what you do.

They don't clean the dump area that well... I have been there 3 times and I have gotten 3 flat tires... My tires are to expensive for me to continue to do business with them...

Called them to ask if they bought 22.5 rims and didn’t give just normal scrap price of .06¢ a pound. The woman on phone was very rude, must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I told her the last time I went there I thought they gave more than normal scrap price. She began to tell me how she worked there for 11 years as, If I asked or something? Then, said they’ve never gave more for steel wheels. Like okay. No need to be rude I just asked a simple question. Management should talk to her about communication skills. Exactly why I go to Langley’s. Much better service.

As far as scrap yards go this is one of the best iv ever been guys in the yard were great and very helpful since it was my first time scrapping e scrap iv been scrapping almost thirty years and halve several more categories to break your scrap down into to pay more money on instead of lumping it together and the am making more money when they separate it.

These people are very unfair and predjudice I worked there and my manager was very rude and disrespectful to me , so I told the man in charge that he was being rude and disrespectful to me and all he said was bye your done all because I asked him if he can talk to his manager for being rude and disrespectful towards me

Worse service. A lot of people walking around around with there thumb up their wazzoo watching me unload all this aluminum. Texting , eating sunflower seeds, and talking about the night before while big boss sits in A/C getting rich plying on his computer. I recommend advantage recycling in kc, mo. In and out, get YOUR $$$. Most of us are on a schedule and don’t have time to wait on people who hate their job! Thanks

Took a truckload of scrap there, got $27. Elsewhere I usually get betw 60 and 100. Checked my ticket and found they only paid $70 a ton. Everywhere else was paying 110 +. They were my last choice for same reasons, but it was late and they were closest to me, had to unload my truck. Seems I always leave this place with a limp. They didn't eren provide a reach-around.

500 + pounds of steel, and they weigh it as 200 lbs, even. Not 203 or 209..but 200 even. That was today. Last week I brought in 359 Lbs of aluminum , and they weighed it as 240 Lbs. If you argue, or dispute it, then they threaten to call the cops--and you don't get any weights until they have already unloaded you and mixed your stuff into a larger pile. The way that they run it, there is no way to dispute/question the weights. I can understand a scrap yard "nibbling at the edge" , maybe 5-10%, but not these giant bites out of our asses like this place does. Ill never come back again. Langley only screws us out out of about 10% on weights.

Today was a awkward day for me and my family. Seemed as if everything was going bad from the start. I strive to stay happy and positive and it’s very difficult sometimes. I had to get ahold of Brett and spoke with him, he is a very understanding person who works hard for his company. I look forward to meeting him next week to talk about my issues. So far he has been the most help and he is the farthest away. I was pretty disappointed in the things that I’ve expierenced here in Missouri, until I spoke this this guy! He took time away from his family vacation to try and make things right that is a outstanding person to car about his company, and his customers to do something like that! I appreciate ya and look forward to meeting ya Bret!
