I’m not one to write reviews but today I felt like I had to. I read the reviews on this place before I went to it a and I thought to myself there is no way this place has one star and I thought maybe only the people who have had bad experiences have been writing reviews. To my surprise I pull up and there is no one in sight to help me. So I park my car and start walking around looking for someone to help me. I finally found an employee and she was rude without a smile in her soul. I weigh in and then pull around the corner only to find out that I was going to have to unload everything by myself while their lazy emplyee starts there on his phone. I Unloaded 320 pounds worth of metal all by myself. There customer service is terrible and I will not be returning. I will be taking my scrap metal to Nelson’s metal in Belmont which is a bit of a drive, but it’s 100x better with excellent customer service!

This place has no idea what customer service is they half way unload your scrap and you end up unloading half of it by hand terrible service here.

It may be hard to get to, but I have always been treated with the up-most curtosy and respect. I have recycled for years and I have Never had a great road to travel down. Sounds to me like these people who have posted bad things are spoiled and ungrateful. I am 52 years old, have been rexyclire since I was 25. I have Nothing bad to say about them!

A good place to get money for your junk. Just remember to take your title along when you scrap out anything with a title.

They do not take responsibility for their actions at all. I’ve had my car for a month, a large piece of debris flew out and hit my windshield cracking it, and they would not take any ownership over their fault.

Don’t drop off with a truck or trailer of any value. Just left there with a dent in a borrowed trailer because the crane operator swiped it with a ball of old mattress springs he was using to “clean” a path for more customers. The yard manager saw it and said nothing, brought it to the attention of the lady at the window who said nothing. Terrible way to run a business.

These people have no idea what customer service is. They think just because they are giving you money and not the other way around that they can treat you any ole way. I am an electrician and deal with a lot of scrap copper. I will bury my stuff in a hole before I carry it to them again.

Hard to get to, gravel road is always rough and littered with scrap. Don't believe the sign saying close at 4PM! They stop weighing before that at least by 20 minutes. I was turned away at least 14 minutes before 4 and three others came in behind me. I asked why does your website and signage not stat that. POOR Customer Service. Their open hours do not make sense for a service industry.
