Know before you go...
I called ahead to verify they had a set of 4 tires that would fit my son's car before I made the 2 hour trek. The guy on the phone insisted they had several sets of various models and tread life in that size. When asked to send a photo or list of a few choices he said he was unable but insisted I would have a good selection and to just come on in.
I arrived to discover they only had one set of four that would fit, and despite worn tread and being a very cheap Chinese brand, they wanted way too much for them.
After reading the other reviews, two recurring themes seem to prevail here...1. They are extremely disorganized and really don't know what they have for sure. No inventory system, no organization, no method to the madness...one look at their office tells the story. 2. They don't like to do any leg work locating parts until you're there in person. It's almost as if their MO is if they can get you to their location, they can try to sell you on what they have to offer. Unfortunately, if you're like me, I don't like to wast my time...
Oh, and they certainly love their tires...their prices reflect that as well as their over abundant inventory of them.
Executive Summary: Know before you go, and have a plan B if they don't produce what they say...
Post Script: After the "Management" posted the kind response below, they emailed me the following: "Thanks for the review. Next time try your own local Junk Yard. Then you can compare everyone's "cheap" tires. Being you want them for almost free as you stated in the prior emails. Better yet go to a tire store. You can get coffee and they can even put them on for you."
Clearly not a stable individual.
