Checked Junk360 prices against the other guys and they were very competitive so scheduled an appointment. Truck showed up on time ( called ahead to let us know they were coming ) and the 2 man crew quickly got to work and efficiently cleared out the junk in my garage. BUT, a team of guys agreed to put in some overtime and they came out and got the work done on the same day anyways. I had a big job for them and they powered through it. I own a small remodeling business and have used other trash removal companies over the last 5 years or so. I have an enclosed trailer and used to load trash from jobsites and haul to trash/recycling center to save some money and it was foolish of me to think that taking me away from selling and managing more projects would be worth saving a few bucks on trash removal. Also I'm not getting any younger and don't need that kind of exercise any more. When I used other companies in the past the pricing was at their discretion, the timing was only when it was convenient for them. When I tried Junk360, they were responsive, pricing was clear up front, kept in contact with me regarding pick up time. They are able to work with me by my texting them them job address and I usually also text them a photo of the pile of debris and estimate size of the load for them to plan an empty truck or pick up on top of another partial load. They have been fantastic compared to other services. They also make it simple as a repeat customer to email me an invoice that I can pay on line with a paypal account. All in all, I'm impressed with the quality and consistency of their service.

They gave a very fair quote, remained patient when I had hold off on immediately scheduling, professionally performed the job (even when it was one of the most disgusting they've ever had), and were FAST! They did an excellent job of actually clearing the trash and cleaning up the mess. They also went above and beyond trying to gain access to the garage to take care of that mess as well, when I thought they wouldn't be able to gain entry. Stop thinking about it and just call Andre, trust me!

They surly made it sounded better than they actually delivered. I was not impressed. Unfortunately, for most home owner, one hasn't figured a way to deal with the junk, which made their service convenient. If you will deal with it again and again, then it might be worth to figure out an alternative way for yourself, which can be far more cost effective.

We called Junk360 to get a quote, to compare with the competition. They set a time and were here 15 minutes early. A 5 minute walk through and then an estimate. Later that day we revived an email with a price quote that was cheaper than the estimate AND cheaper than any other quotes. We scheduled an appointment that was convenient for us. There are a lot of companies you can call to get rid of your stuff but I am glad we settled on Junk-360. They were a little late but called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they got right to work and did a fantastic job of combining our stuff so that it would fit in the truck. When I saw the truck, and looked at my stuff, I did not think there was any way it would all fit in one load....but it did! The only reason that it fit was because of the hard work of the 2 men that broke down everything that they could, that was not donatable. They worked hard and fast and were done in just a little over an hour. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The owner and crew who came out to remove the items that I needed removed were all fantastic. Andre the owner was so helpful with advising that he could give me a firmer quote if I wanted to set up a time to look at all the items that I needed removed. I didn't need that as the estimated quote they gave me was very helpful with the large item that I had. As the items were in a senior living facility, they were so respectful of the foot print they were making as to not disrupt the residents. They were kind and respectful to me. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat just from this experience.
