I'm surprised by all the negative reviews here especially the guy who called for a trailer tire. I've purchased trailer tires from Junction Tire in Cloquet. A new trailer tire is so cheap I don't understand the ignorance of the individual who would try to save money buying a used worn probably weathered tire and haul a load on them hoping they don't explode and jack knife his rig and kill him and probably others.

I was just there today and wanted to warn anyone who goes here in the future, there is a blond lady named kassy I believe, she is extremely rude and very unreasonable with every part, other than that this is an amazing place and very fun to venture around and all of the other staff are extremely nice and very respectful and reasonable

Got the parts I needed, prices are really good. Staff was helpful. I don't know what the other reviewers issues were, maybe they are use to getting auto parts from Pep Boys or Wal-Mart. Thanks!

Total ripoff, they lie about how much you get for a junk car not to mention they charge $50 for towing even though they claim they offer free towing. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason. Almost forgot, the owner (if that guy is the owner) is extremely rude.

Very bad service took almost 3 hours to get car out ditch almost hooked up to wrecker back words on 4x4 ripped side step off my own car and had no idea what he was doing pull out ditch by having me owner drive whell he drove wrecker well using winch as tow strap very very and wrong will never recommend!
