Ryan helped me out with a hard to find Saturn fender. Not only did he track down the exact part but exact color that I needed so it was plug and play. Even took care of a little issue once the part arrived via email. Not many wrecking yards take the time to help people that arent local, I live in Las Vegas and he treated me as if I was standing in front of them! Very communicative and helpful. I haven't dealt with anyone else at FLAP, but Ryan sure deserves praise for his work and keeping his word! Anything else I need I'll check here first.

This yard has alot of parts, and alot of year ranges. Make sure you know what you need. i received a broken part from them and they demanded I return it before they would send me a replacement. My customer was furious that they had to wait an additional week for their own mistake. Sales staff almost seemed insulted that I would claim that my part was broken. will NOT call again.

French Lake Salvage Yard is a nice place for parts for your car or project, but if you get your parts it’s very expensive even for a pull it yourself salvage yard

The yard has so much less product than in previous decades, and yes i have been going there for decades. I picked up a part for my truck but should have checked the price for new before i went. O' Reillys had the same part new for $1.5 more! yup that's one dollar and fifty cents, NEW... the kid that has taken over from the old man is a dick as well....

BEWARE OF " FRENCH LAKE AUTO PARTS" These guys are scammers, i tried to buy a 1965 transmission core for $75.00 and they wanted to charge $300 in shipping because they dont trust Fedex ground with an item that doesn't even weigh 20 pounds. I told them i can email them a Pre-paid label as I get Fedex ground shipping for that item from MN to TX for $30.They said NO! I then asked the company to cancel the item on Ebay then they opened a unpaid item case against me a day later, so I called the company and they laughed at me and told me OH! Ebay automatically opens unpaid item cases, I told him that he was lying as a veteran Ebay seller for over 15 Years now that unpaid items dont open by themselves on there you have to physically open the case. And that he needed to cancel the item like we discussed two days earlier. Watch out for these guys i should have read all the bad Feedback on his Ebay store also. I understand making money on Freight but not $300 on a 20 pound item. I sell hundreds of re-manufactured transmission and transfer cases a week and know what freight cost. This guy was just mad cause he knew that he sold the transmission core to cheap.

Actually the title and sales team together did a great job. In conclusion I did not purchase the vehicle I was looking to purchase. It was not due to their team at all. I ordered a front bumper cover for a 99' Jeep G.C. Limited off of eBay.It was supposed to be delivered in 2 or 3 days.On Friday the 3rd day I called and they told me they forgot to ship it so I would have to wait until the following Tuesday.Today is Thursday and it arrived in very good condition correct model year and exact color.Very pleased with my purchase if not for the extra 5 days wait they would of received 5 stars.

Only reason I go here is because they have a good selection. The employees are all always super disrespectful and condescending. Also they change their prices all the time and there is no trying to get a deal. LKQ in Blaine has much better service and prices in comparison and that is where I usually go.

I recently purchased a used engine from them on ebay that was described as a "Good Runner" with only 71,000 miles. When I received the engine I immediately noticed they had taken a grinder to 3-4 spots on the engine and I thought that was strange. When I got it in the shop under the bright lights and took a closer look I realized they had ground the partial vin #s off the block and heads which is Illegal under federal law. Having a feeling I just got JACKED, I took a closer look before contacting the seller. It still had several quarts of nasty oil in it which probably had 71,000 miles on it. Not to mention that all fluids are supposed to be removed before shipping! Upon further inspection it was obvious that this engine did not have 71,000 miles. More like 171k+! When I contacted them they first denied grinding the vin off then later said the engines don't have vins!! Then they went on to accuse me of it. They also said that I couldn't return it and the warranty was void because I tampered with it when all I did was take a quick peek inside to check the condition of the internals! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! As far as I'm concerned they are running a chop shop and as many others have said, they are rude, condescending and very unprofessional!!

They are no good. Go to Ebay and save your self and your money ... On the phone they told me my part is $75 . When I got there become $150 . Also they will charge an additional $10 for part of the part I want. The person I was talking to do not know anything about cars and parts just a fricking redneck who think he know everything.. Keep your parts I can get it from ebay 120 including Shipping and 1 year warranty. I thought local will be better.. no go ebay and save your money

I ordered a part from them. When it came to me. I opened it up just a little to make sure it was the right color and it was. Today I went to put on the fender and took it out of the package. It was for a completely different model. I called to raise my concern and the owner or whomever the prick was I talked to. He was a complete ass about the whole thing. He was trying to say I ordered the part that was sent. I told him why would I order a part for something that I do not have here. We went back and forth a little. I asked if he was going to pay for the shipping for the return and he said it was your problem to ship it back. I said that is total BS. Then he asked if i wanted the right one. I said really? Why would I want to do business with you. Your customer service just sucks. So I checked what the price was going to be to send it back and decided to keep it. I know someone that might be able use it. I totally agree with Rob S and Caleb B. Very rude and unfriendly person. The guy was just a complete dick. He is the type of person that gives retail businesses a bad name. From my experience and the 2 that I mentioned and forgive for the ones I forgot to put on here. Just stay away from this business.

Order an engine from them, have to wait over a week for delivery and the truck shows up with no way to get the engine off the truck? What kind of operation is this. Sorry, my engine hoist is tide up making my shop money now you want me to stop what I am doing.. undo my engine hoist to unload your product from your truck.. Never will be purchasing from again! EDIT: Since there is no other way to respond. It was never mentioned to me, that I would need to unload your product myself. If it was I would have ordered from someone, that doesn't take over a week to deliver. Every other salvage yard I purchase from. has a crane or even a just a ramp with a pallet dolly. I figured I would try you guys out since you're so close and since the majority of the work I do is engines and transmission replacements. The engine was ONLY accepted because I already wasted the time waiting for it to show. I ordered the engine Tuesday July 30. Was told deliveries were wednesday and friday. I expected the engine friday (my shop is less than 20 miles from yours) I didn't receive it until the following Wednesday. Why would I deny it, and wait another 2 or more days for it to show back up or wait for a refund to purchase from someone else. I have customers I need to take care of (who are waiting for their car back because the engine to SOOOO long to recieve) I had to call 2 times, leave a message and wait for a call back, just to order the engine, I have no interest in calling back to your facility again. I don't want to hear about the "small business" excuse.. I am a one man repair shop, and I at least take care of my customers, because I value the customers..
