Great place to cash in recyclable metals I have brought metal in for years and I have always been treated great even with small amounts of metal. Northern metal is a fair, honest, and great place paying top prices in the twin cities area

I've been going to this place 20 years the guys in the office are never friendly. They lack the Integrity to treat people with decency. I've seen so many unhappy ripped off customers there. I never thought I would be one because I believe treat people how you want to be treated. Never once have I been rude in their presence. But more than once I've been ignored and treated with disregard. Don't bother going there find a different SCRAP YARD!

I brought in a big trailer full of scrap filling up multiple of their bins....a few days later I received a check in the mail from them saying sorry they missed a bin. In my opinion a very honest fair place to go with your scrap.

Terrible service. Many scrapyards will pay for less than 500lbs of steel. It's a tactic meant to basically let them hustle you out of 400 pounds of metal. Don't get hustled.

This company is a joke. I told them going in I had no clue what's going on I've never been there before they gave me absolutely no Direction. Left me sitting there for an hour wondering what I was doing. Made me late for work. Only can get ripped off and get no choice about the matter. Because I was late for work and couldn't take the stuff back because it would have taken too long and there was no way I could lift it back into the trailer by myself. Gave me sheet aluminum prices for extruded aluminum. Wasn't even worth my time and I could have sold it for more otherwise. I even had people trying to buy it off of me but I made the stupid mistake of going to Northern metal recycling.
