Got there at 3 on friday to pick up a part that i already paid for over the phone. 2 guys walk out and locked the doors. I asked the last guy if i can grab my part that i already paid for which was right behind him. He said no. Seriously? Been a customer with them for over 5 years. Never going back.

Company lists itself as an Auto Salvage Company but when I asked for a quote on a running Lincoln Continental, the buyer said that it was one he would 'pass' on. So what kind of an Auto Salvage Company doesn't even give an estimate as to the vehicle's value for scrap purposes? Nuts, huh?

I went there for a fender for my car and not only did they have it in stock, they gave me the choice as to whether I wanted them to pull it for me or I could pull it myself for a cheaper price. A very organized business with friendly employees who know what they are talking about. And as for the two negative comments, odds are that they all ready had that model of a car in their yard and they didn't want to waste space by purchasing another one, and just because they didn't have your part doesn't mean they deserve a bad rating.

Drive an hour to get a part that was described as an “A” quality item and it’s a high mileage rusty piece of metal. Waste of time and they don’t drop their prices for the description mistakes.

I went to Apex a couple weeks ago for a hard to find rear end. Not only was their price very reasonable but when I asked them to save the hardware they said they would try. I know this made the removal harder for them but they saved everything for me. Their extra effort saved me alot of time and money. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Great job Apex, thank you!!

Do not buy from this place! I had them save a part for 2 hours and my wife was there exactly 2 hours like I sad she would and they sold the part on her. I'd go 0 stars if it could!

I called them to see if they had an engine that I was in need of. They said that they had one in stock and I could pick it up the same day. I went there, paid, and they loaded it into my truck. The two people I talked to were fairly friendly. (what you would expect from an auto salvage) Overall, the process was quick and flawless. I would definitely buy from there again, and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Ordered a part Wednesday. "You'll have it by tomorrow, or for sure Friday." Great, because I wanted to do the work Saturday. "I'll call you when it's here," said Clint. Well I called today at 3:02 to check if it came and I'm angry to learn they close at 3 on Fridays instead of 5,and they're now closed until Monday. Thanks guys!
