I called ahead to see if they had rims that were advertised online still in stock. I was told yes and they are $100 ea. w/ tires removed and center caps. I went to pick them up after work and I was told its $100 + $15 core charge (something they should have mentioned on the phone and or website).....So not only have I never heard of a core charge for rims, a core charge is for rebuildable parts like a starter or alternator. So I ask how much for just a center cap, $40. So I was able to talk them out of the core charge if I bought 3 rims (including caps) + one extra center cap for $40. So then the guy asks if I want to wait for them to get the parts or if I want to come back another time. They don't take parts off cars until they get paid. Understandable....if I was buying seats or engine. Yards almost always get a car take tires off and toss bad ones or sell good tires. They then don't put the rim back on the car and put the car out in the yard to get damaged, They take the rims and organize them in shelving/storage. So I was told an hour and as I expected 20 min later the rims showed up with dust on them as if they were on a shelf. They also had some small dings. I honestly think that when I walked In with my business cloths that the guy thought that I didn't know anything about cars. I would still say that I AM happy with the condition and price. I am not happy with the customer service and how I feel they were trying to nickel and dime me and were not truthful.

This place is a joke. Million dollar facility is very nice but as a business owner went to get parts; a hood, door handle and a HVAC control module. Hood was beat up bad they still wanted 600 for it when I said something, dealer sells a brand new one for 628 and some change. If your a small business owner dont even waste your time with these people. This company put me out weeks with parts and there lies on condition and quality and will make you look bad with your clients. I've never been so disappointed and had to eat hundreds for a rental car for a client because of there lies. Small business owners stay away, it will save you a big headache

You call in to check on a part. "Yep, we have it." Ok, I live in Hastings, I'll be there in 20-30 min. "If you pay by credit card over the phone we can start pulling it." (Done) Arrive 20 min later. "It's not ready yet. Looks like there are 6 jobs in front of yours." How long? "About an hour..." Really? You couldn't have told me this over the phone before I wasted my time driving here? Yeah, they have good prices on used parts, but customer service is certainly not a strong suit.

We went to go buy a differential from aaa and drove about an hour to get it, for one they made us carry the core into the store, not too big of a deal but when you're charging 50 dollars for a core fee the least you could do is let us back up to the garage door, after getting the new diff and giving them the old one we were told they can't take it and we need to drain it first, which they did not disclose over the phone, so we had to carry the new and old diff back into the car and drive the hour back home just to drain the thing, best part was when the employee recommended dumping the waste oil into the ground just off the property.

BUYER BEWARE. This place nickel and dimes you. Paid for SEAT ASSEMBLY. When I show up, they removed the headrest and belt buckle, said both cost extra. $45 for the buckle and $80 for the headrest. Yet they were selling seats on eBay that had all of those items.

Called ahead to make sure they had the part and asked to put my name on it since i was driving from an hour away and I was making a special trip. Got down there and was told it would be ready tomorrow and there was a core charge. All of which should have been mentioned over the phone. Will not do business with them.

Dealt with a Murphy trying to buy parts for a vehicle and he was rude from the get go, he suggested buying from a dealer, called back the next day for the part I couldn't get from the dealer and he refused me service and was completely unprofessional and an a**hole. Don't do business with Murphy.

I went in for a part, purchased the part, then went to return a core and they wouldnt accept it because it wasn't drained of its oil, which wasen't disclosed over the phone. I wasted 2 hours of driving for this part. I wasen't treated like a valued customer. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are used to dealing with an attitude.

I'm from out of state and broke down and I needed a part. When I went there they said 45 and it'll get pulled once paid, should be ready by 230. This was around 1030. My part was ready maybe an hour later. The entire staff was super helpful and kind, even included extra bolts and mounts and stuff to get the job done. A few hours later I was back on the road and absolutely couldn't have done it without their help. Highly recommended from me.

I have worked with them before and had good experiences with them every time, they are near a self serve auto parts and if you can't find your part there stop in at AAA, if they don't have it they can find it, new, rebuilt or used.

BUYER BEWARE: This place posted a classified ad for a Balanger cat back system. What I got was Balanger mid pipes and a stock cat back system. The guy refused to take them back! Only buy from this guy if you can confirm yourself that the goods they are selling are actually real.

I bought a motor from AAA and was not very satisfied with delivery and pickup. I rushed to the bank on the day of my purchase to make a second payment by 11:00 so my motor would be delivered that day. The motor did not get delivered until the next afternoon. Now I called last Thursday to have the core picked up they said it would be gone by Friday if not on the Thursday that I called. It is now the following Tuesday with no word. I worked with Kelly and she was great, super nice and knew her job well. It seems like communication suffers at this business so if you are under time constraints as I was, find a different company.

Had a good experience here I called and found out they had the seats I needed for my vehicle. They checked on them to make sure they were in good shape. Then called me back. I paid over the phone and the delivered them to their closest location, where i picked them up, quick and easy. 4 stars because there was grease on the seats from either removal or transportation, but they did grab extra trim pieces for me while they were there.
