I frequent this place quite a bit to get trim pieces and what not for my two vehicles. I have mixed feelings about this place but there's more good then bad. The number one issue is that the prices are not the same as the website, it will depend on the cashier that you get. Some will just glance at the part and ring it up as anything, while others will examine the whole thing and charge you extra for each individual screw, bulb, nut etc that is attached. The domestic lot is well organized but, if you look hard enough you might come across a car or two that's not listed inventory. Every now and then you may come across a rare sighting of a car that is completely locked or precariously perched on its stands, I won't fault the lot for this as this could be from patrons doing things they shouldn't be doing. That being said I'll still considered this lot when in need of parts for my cars, the selection is better than the 8 mile Parts-Galore lot and the turn over decent enough that you don't see bare shells laying around,

You won't find a better place for cheap parts. They have a great set up with cars in rows, with all cars raised off the ground. Bring your own tools to remove the parts you need. The place seems always busy. On their website you can look up make and model and find the row where the car is located. They have thousands of cars!

Rape off and monkey business: Q. Where I find a head light for a 1999 mercury villager van, A. Sure, they give you a computer print out slip where to go and get it from, rows 68,72,54,56,88. Well you go to the yard, row by row, vans by van, but none of them has head light on, You go back to the office and tell them no head lights are there,they answer by "it must be sold out". Ok are you going to refund me the $2? No sir, no refund. But you told me to go there where to get it from. But we do not make inventory. So it is your problem, not mine, does it mean you're going to send another costume for same propose yah, it is your chance to find the part you're looking for or not So you collect $2 in advanced from each costumer for an imaginary part It is a rape off business.

The lady one the phone is rude, unprofessional and not helpful! I called and asked for a part for a 2001 Jetta she didn't know what a Jetta was, also she wouldn't tell me what years work for my vehicle. She had a very rude tone she seems very annoyed. Every salvage yard in the country knows what parts were for what years of vehicles besides this lady.

My name is Steven and back in May i was in a accident my the damage to my car was the front driver side bumber was smashed both upper and lower arm control was badly damaged and a four of my rims was cracked. Now im on disability so to try to save money i went to RYANS PICK-A-PART to buy the wheels (rims) because i couldn't afford my deduction (since I've been off work i raised my deduction on my insurance policy to a $1000.00 for a lower payment (from $251.00 to $140.00 a month) so so i asked one of the clerk for some help and his reply was he's to busy so i asked the cleark behind the counter if he had rims for a 2008 dodge ram he looked on the inventory list and said their was a 2007 and 2008 dodge ram in the yard so i paid a S2.00 fee to enter the yard and when i found the vehicles they were just frames (thats 2.00 wasted) so i go back inside and seen rims and tires so i checked the size and wow these 4 rims and tires will fit so i grab them took them to counter asked the clerk if they will fit he said yes so i paid $250.00 put my car in the shop that same day. The next day CAR CRAFT called and said the rims didnt fit so they put the 3 old rims and the spare back on and I've took the rims back to RYANS PICK-A-PART and the same clerk greeted me and asked how can he help me i told him i need to return these rims and he said whats wrong they didn't fit i told him no they were for a different model car and he said well we don't give cash back thats their return policy but they can give me a $250.00 store credit and i replyed but you don't have anything i need he said im sorry and pointed to a dirty sign and said thats our return policy i have up to 90 days to return them for the store credit . Feeling defeated i took the rims back figured i I'll try to sell them on the internet but in the mean time i need to buy some rims because of all my doctors appointments (i have 5 doctors) and i need to make them all so i started borrowing money and maxing out my cards to buy some standard rims (if you ever delt with Unum you lnow somewhere down the line they'll hold your disability check because they either think you are faking your injury or illness and they would find any discrepancy in your paperwork and unfortunately they've found some in mines) but its now in the middle of June i found some affordable rims at discount tire (4 rims for $386.00 and two new tires for $160.) So i still had the rims from RYANS PICK-A-PART nobody wanted to buy them so i took them back and the same clerk took the rims and gave me a receipt and said i have 90 days of store credit i said ok and left put the receipt in my cup holder and left it there. Now on Sunday july 16th, 2017 i go back to RYANS PICK-A-PART to use up the store credit buying miscellaneous things like tools battery cables jacls bottle jacks just any thing i could find and a different clerk is at the counter he adds everything up and i handed him the receipt and he said this is a receipt to go into the yard not a store credit reciept he showed me where it was a reciept to go into the yard now if you ever been to this particular junkyard you give two dollars the the big loud guy at the entrance to go into the yard. So this guy gave me a bogus receipt . So they just robbed me of $250.00. but if those little pennys ment that much to you i hope it paid off what debt habbit of girl for you .And ZERO STARS FROM ME

Very cheap parts prices if you know how to take them out of the car. There are people inside do that for you but they charge alot more than the part price its self. They charge 2 dollars to let you in. Usually thers wait in the check out.take your tools with you and you will endup with good price parts.

Make sure that you leave with a receipt! Lil short dude behind the counter has an attitude problem and acts as if his hourly self owns the place which made my experience a bad experience. They have almost everything you need to repair a car. They have a 2.00 fee to enter the yard... Everything is organized and affordable. They have all the same makes of cars in their own section... They have a bathroom. You can even call their phone number so you can see if they have the car you're looking for to replace parts... Great place to go for sourcing parts.

The prices for parts were good and very comparable to your typical " u pull em parts" junk yard... You wont be disappointed

I give Ryan's Pick-A-Part a 3-star rating only because customer service could be a lot better as well as I don't understand why no one answers the phone but if you go to any of the other locations they actually answer the phone which saves a lot of time but this is an amazing place I've been going to it for years and it's really convenient as well as I do give it to them they stay stocked on certain parts and cars

Dishonest. They have a huge printed sign that says "4 ways $4.99" and a box of them behind the desk you pay admission at. When I asked why they have a sign and box I was told that was an old sign and the 4 ways in the box were not for sale. But done shady dude told me I could pay him to remove the one lug holding on the wheel I needed. Nah, I'm good!

I always enjoy my visits to this place they have 2 giant wall shelves full of useful junk they've taken out of junk cars out back, music CDs movie DVDs TV's Car radios Computer printers, books, shoes, boots, leather jacks, coats, car amps, kick boxes, tools, baby strollers, baby seats, vacuum cleaners, cellphone chargers, you name it. I enjoy looking thru that stuff. Pay $2 and u get to go in the junkyard and remove the parts you need for just about any domestic vehicle you need. Price's aren't too bad. I recommend.

If you are going to put your inventory online great, but IT NEEDS TO BE KEPT UP TO DATE!!! Checked their online inventory at 11:30 a.m.- stated they had 1 vehicle of the make and model I needed parts for. I had actually been there before and got parts off of this very same vehicle. Drove all the way there (35 miles), arrived at 3:30, and the vehicle is nowhere to be found! The entire row that that vehicle was supposed to be in had been replaced. Left empty handed, $2 poorer, and disappointed! Drove 35 miles back home, and checked their online inventory at 8:30, AND IT STILL LISTS THE VEHICLE I NEEDED AS BEING AVAILABLE!!!

This junkyard have to facilities side to side one self service and the other is not. The self service charges $2 per person entry fee. Plenty of parking. The place is relatively safe, never had problems, mostly went over the weekend. Very good selection , newer cars. On tje website they have inventory check tool
