Hi I called in to the business looking for a used part. The lady on the phone was very kind & willing to help me find what I was looking for, I really appreciate it. She was nice and took the time out of her day to call multiple places. I’m pretty sure her name was Kaylee I can’t remember!

Terrible service. The receptionist was short and rude. The tow truck driver was not on time and didn’t answer the phone. I took time off of work in order to be present for the car pickup and the driver didn’t show on time. It is an unprofessional company.

If I could rate lower I would. They didn’t tell us what to do and the lady that weighed the car have a very bad attitude and was practically yelling at us for having questions. They will not be getting my business again. Ps I wouldn’t rate at all tbh because they are unprofessional, on the phone, not very nice at all.

Overall great experience so far! The prices for parts are great, and if you buy in bulk he will discount your overall sale. So far got myself a motor, hood, pas. door, grille and horn for $400. Give him a try.

Called ahead of time and was told they had a vehicle I was looking at for parts, I make the trip and waited in a long line of people checking out. Finally sign in and start walking through the yard. Saw a gentleman that worked there and asked where it was, he says, "nope we don't have any of those here, I don't know who told you that". What a joke, don't trust ppl over the phone at this place. Wast of time and gas. Would have been 5 star review if this place learned to take proper inventory and actually communicated with their employees. So frustrating

Called ahead of time to make sure that they would take refrigerators and other stuff at 4:30. When we arrived they claimed to be closed even though the sign said 5 and we called twice to be sure we don't waste a trip. Well what a waste of time. Poor service.

Seems like more of a junk yard than an auto or salvage yard. I couldn't get any help from employees and the cars were stacked in piles not even accessible.

Horrible service went in on Thursday to try and get a tire the guy was rude over priced for a used tire. Then when I asked if they could possibly help me find a tire in the yard and they basically blew me off. Zero stars would be a better rating. Will definitely NOT be going back...

This place has to be one of the worst customer service I have ever received. We show up at 4:45 and it is posted both online and on their signs that they close at 5. The lady in the office was snippy with us insisting that they close at 4:30. Now you would think them being a business that they would value us as customers. Will absolutely never go there again, in fact took our business to a company right down the road.

If I could give no stars I would.. definitely will not be spending any of my money with this place. Walked in at 4:15, they close at 5.. told the man what I wanted, a rim, and he told me to find it and someone will be out to help me.. after waiting 20 mins for help I walked back to front desk, and asked how could I tell who the workers were. He said they would have on a paul shirt.. WHICH WAS A LIE.. after all that I finally got help at 4:39, showed him what I wanted and after all the dam talking he did he was 4:48 and they told me they close at 5 so they wouldn't be able to help me.. with that being said.. I WILL GO WITHOUT A CAR BEFORE GIVING THEN A DIME OF MY MONEY..

Needed a wheel for my dodge stratus SXT. I'm from Michigan originally and when I asked for something at the salvage yard I used to go to they always went right out and got it for me. Apparently that isn't a thing here. Didn't even point me in the right direction. Ended up calling another salvage yard and they were much more friendly and easier to work with.
