Drove from Saginaw to pick up a part they assured me was the right one. Then after standing there for a half hour it was the wrong part. The guy did call around to a few different places to try and find the part. Waste of my time.

Most of the employees that answer the phone are snobs and have an attitude with you. They are very short while talking to you, they say they have parts, you drive X miles to them and they don't ever have it. I was sent to midland for parts, arrive in midland to find out they don't have any parts i need. It's a hit or miss with this place. It wouldnt be so bad if they treated you like a customer instead of a enemy.

My favorite salvage in the Tri cities. The customer service and patience they had with me were great. Being a woman I often get talked down to when at a salvage yard but not Oil City. Chris was so professional and understanding.

Person driving their company truck just tailgated me for a mile and then zoomed by me smoking a cigarette and talking on the phone. Shortly after giving me a dirty glare they proceeded to swerve all over their lane for the next 5 miles. Not very professional when you’re in a company car. I don’t trust my car with an employee that drives like that. I don’t think I’ll ever go to this shop.

Called Oil City Salvage in regards to a Cadillac wheel and were told they had the part. We drove 100 miles to their yard only to find they did not have the part as they mislabeled it. We were not offered any compensation for our time or gas. They did call a Steve's in Midland yard about 20 miles away but the part was twice the cost. Oil City should have at least split the difference in cost as they were 100% responsible for the error.

Just purchase a new rim formy Malibu, great price and very helpful for a salvage yard. I usually get the runaround at salvage yards making me look for the parts they grabbed the part that I needed and did not make me wait.
