I called for an appointment the next day and was informed I'd receive a call about an hour before my scheduled pickup time. No call, and when the driver didn't show up I waited 45 minutes before I called the office to see what was going on. I missed a call a few minutes later from the driver and when I called him back he said he'd be back in the area around two hours later. Four hours later I called again and the driver didn't answer, so I called the office and they were supposed to call the driver and get back to me, which they didn't. I hope my experience is a rare one, but I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Poor - Fair is a complement compared to how I feel I've been treated.

12/2/2016 I had a non-junk working car that I did not need anymore and I spoke with Laurie at MTS Junk Car Removal. We agreed over the phone on a price for my car after giving her all the information she required. She scheduled an appointment for the same day and the tow driver arrived during the specified time. He even called me on the way over and let me know when he would arrive. He checked out my car took it for a drive and he paid me the amount that was agreed upon. MTS Junk Car Removal was professional and quick and I would recommend you call them.

Its hard to give them a rating when the never showed up to pick up my vehicle. After setting up the apoint was promised a call at a given time, never call waited and hr called left massage no call back. Two hrs later spoke to someone and they said they'd find out and call me right back, I assume I'm not getting it because that was 2 days ago..So if you really want to scrap you car based on my experiance call somebody else..

Excellent service, very polite and friendly. My car broke down on the way home from work, which I new the engine was about to go, just wanted to squeeze a couple more miles out of it. Was going to have it towed home for $85 but then I found Mts Junk Car Removal on my phone along with the towing company and they explained to me why waste money on getting it towed home. They came out and got my car and took me home, I found my title and signed it over to them and they gave me $280 cash. Thanks Mts for saving this stranded lady :) Hope I wont be junking a car soon but when I do I will call you for sure, Thanks again for the great service. R.D.

Called MTS to junk our car and they answered my call in a timely manner. Pick up went smooth and the gentleman was very professional. I got top dollar for the vehicle and the next time I need to junk a vehicle I will call MTS. I have referred other family members and they are just as satisfied. THX

Our 1994 Dodge Dakota finally kicked the bucket (240,000+ miles, so no complaints!), and we needed someone to scrap it for us. After two days of online searches, phone calls, appointments being made, tow trucks showing up and the drivers trying to offer less than the company guaranteed, we finally found MTS. They gave us a guarantee on the phone, they let us pick the time (which was within two hours of the first phone call), their tow truck personnel were on time, polite and courteous, did not try to change the guaranteed amount, and had the truck loaded and pulled away within 10 minutes. Overall, a great experience. If you need a junk car/scrap company, or just need a tow, I highly recommend MTS.

Should of listened to the reviews. Suppose to be here in an hour and 10 minutes, was 4 when she said she’d call the driver cause he was suppose to already be here and she’s call me back. Never called back. Show respect and tell people you’re not interested and not coming, takes a phone call. Rude as hell to make people wait their day off all day knowing you’re not going to show up
