I visited L&L Auto Parts $ Salvage to find a replacement alternator for my 2004 Mercury Sable, I asked for service given my lack of knowledge for cars. And was ignored and forced to find what I was looking for on my own. After an hour or so, and finally finding the part. I went pay for it, and they tried to charge me $75 for the part, plus $15 more for another they said was needed. Overpriced, and poor service. Do not recommend visiting L & L.

My boyfriend went in to get an alternator for his van and was told to leave because the owner recognize him from his last review! The man told us to get it off Rockauto and get out. Everywhere else would want to make up for their poor service and make up for the bad review but these people are not good people. Shady characters and bad business moves. Do not go here. Zero stars.

I love L&L as they are straight up with you. They don't have the best originization, but they try to group all the similar vehicles together. Cheaper than the competition, but hours are too short.

Very rude customer service and prices for parts are ridiculous. I was looking for a radiator and it was 60 brand new online, guy was asking for 45 and would not budge from 35. Absolutely crazy! If I could give zero stars I would! UPDATE: Went back for an alternator, called before hand was told come on down and pull it for 35 bucks. I show up and the guy recognizes me from my last visit and asked if I had left a review and I said yes and he tells me to leave and order it off of rock auto. What a joke of a business. Do not go here. Worst service around. Thinking of looking into a discrimination suit. Had no reason to deny me service. Completely unlawful.

Last week i was involved in a accident so smart idea is to go to a junk yard, right? wrong. L&L is a self service scrapyard that charges for the same as brand new part off the gm website. so when i approach the establishments and entered i was greeted by a friendly atmosphere and they directed me to the area very well. i spend the next two and half hours just to get over charged. my father use to come here all the time and never got this overcharged he could walk out with a headlight assembly, bumper, hood, three tires for 50 bucks and now the bill is over 200 with less parts. definitely ordering online and getting that free express shipping
