Picked up a used 350 out of a truck with 95k, got it home to find out it was no good and had way too much wear for the mileage. They took the motor back and refunded my money without any isses. They're a good yard that stands behind their products.

So slow. Took all day to pull a fuel pump. Ill never go back. I had to annoy them before the one guy actually working took him 15 minutes while 3 other guys were on their phone on their assets. Ridiculous and slow.

These guys were great. Had a situation and they made the process very convenient. They responded quickly to my needs, like when I needed a tool to remove something. The sale was easy and the banter very friendly. The cars I've pulled parts from here are of higher quality than other places nearby. It's slightly more expensive as a result. Worth it when you consider they keep everything fairly clean and organized.

Extremely unhappy with the old white guy with white hair who works in the office. My boyfriend bought a mass air flow sensor about a week ago from there and the guy said he could return it and get his money back or exchange it for a different part. So I go to return it today and he tells me no refunds on electrical parts, mind you I've returned numerous electrical fuel pumps within the last month and got my money back. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will NOT ever send anyone there and I'll never return there either. He didn't even print us a receipt when we bought it! Now I have a part that is in useful to me because he wanted to be a jackass.

Bought a motor for my Ford Ranger about a month ago. According to them it "ran good" with 118,000 miles. Upon paying them 736 dollars for the motor and delivery(asked about their free delivery and evidently I wasn't close enough), and paying a mechanic to install the engine, it turns out 1 of the 6 cylinders is bad.

I purchased a windshield and when I called and inquired if they had one in stock they were very prompt about getting back to me and when I went to pick it up I didn't have to stand In line and was helped very quickly a d they even carried it out and helped load it into the car! I would recommend them to anyone who needed a auto part and will definitely be going back in the future if needed!
