GLR's staff was courteous and friendly. The driver arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled time, and he was gone with the car in 5 minutes. I was paid cash for the price we agreed upon right there in the driveway. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five was because we played phone tag for a couple days before we were able connect. That was a really minor thing for me, but if you're looking for an instant return call, I got the impression they're busy in the office. Make sure you pick up when they call!

This has been one of the best customer service experiences from start to finish I have seen in quite a while. Getting rid of a car could not be more simple. As soon as I made the call I was given a quote and then a time for when they could pick up the car (which was the very next day). I was called the next day when they were on their way and when they arrived. I think the whole transaction only took 1 minute, which is what I prefer, to the point.

GLR, was very prompt and courteous, from the individual that checked the pick up to the driver. The driver called said he was agead if Chele and could be done an hour early. He was right on time, very polite told me what I needed before he got there. Upon arrival he greeted me with a smile and quickly removed the vehicle from my yard. I am going to use them again.

I would recommend this to anyone as their first choice to scrap. I had called too many scrapyards that offered way less. I had a driver from another company come out and then lower the price by $150. I also had a driver from another company take so long to come out that I had to cancel. What a relief it was to find this company! At 10am I was able to schedule a tow truck to come out at noon. The driver was very friendly and kept in touch with any updates. He came out, I signed the title, he gave me my cash, and good riddance, my junker was gone just like that! Make GLR your first call!

So far this has been a great scrap yard for me. I haven't had any flat tires so far and there's plenty of space to dump your scrap so there's virtually no line ever. The punch rewards are great and service is fast.
