I went to Gladwin Auto Salvage from a referral by another salvage company. They asked me related questions and determined their inventory showed they probably had the part. When I arrived with the vehicle a quick check and 30 minutes later it was installed and I was on my way. The part was a safety issue, my drivers seat belt buckle was broke.

Lots to offer from used on hand parts to used parts ordered in from other yards all across the country to new parts ordered in aftermarket, including new tires. Over 1000 vehicles on hand to pull parts from so they have many parts ready to sell including domestic and foreign cars and trucks, even campers and big trucks for parts.

Very unorganized. Claimed they had parts over the phone, when we arrived they were very slow to decide if they wanted to look for the parts and then they ended up not even having what they claimed to in the first place.

Sold a parts car to them a few weeks ago and they gave me a fair price for it. While there I asked about getting a part for my car, they said they would have to get back with me. A week went by and I called back, received the same answer. This process repeated it self a couple times. Each time I was promised a prompt call back which never came. Today, I called again this started about a month ago and finally found out that they don't have the part I need. I hope my experience with them is not typical. If you need a part in a timely fashion I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
