Positive or negative review it's all based on your experience. Not what the owner perceives your experience to be! I have been here and experience this place years ago I finally have the chance to speak my mind. I had used this yard several years ago when I was finding that right yard that can run smoothly with my business. A friend of mine krista used to work in the office, it was good at the time when she was there. They're paying system is not the slowest but slow!!!! As well as their computer system is very slow. Also I had a conflict with the guy in the loader! When I was unloading, I was bashing apart a cast barbecue and he said I can't do that here but yelling like I'm some kid or something. Actually the manager or owner whoever it was did try to make things right but the overall experience was not for me or my company. Not enough employees especially in the office 1 girl doing everything.. Getting your pay going in and out is very key to having a business bring you lots of metal. Become unconvenient and they go elsewhere until they find somewhere that is a good spot to stay The one guy in the loader has been fairly rude a few times not just once even coming over the scale it's a huge bump to get onto the scale very narrow. Then you got to wait for the scale of stop moving because of the big jolt egg is after going over that bump. Then when the light turns green then you can proceed to a stop sign waiting for a guy that take several minutes for him to come over and check your load. I've been doing scrap metal a long time I've stuck to one yard and it's not this one! I've tried them but for someone who is doing this for a full-time business this is not the place you want to go for Speed and efficiency as well as prices.

Slowest scrap yard in london......last time I was there the yard was empty. I waited over 10mins to get unloaded and nobody came over to unload the car body. Terrible service
