Just asked them if they had a part for a vehicle and they said they did. As soon as I got there they said they crushed the vehicle. Don’t tell people you have the part if you can’t lay your hands on it. Pathetic.

The staff is rude and slow. Gave a pick-up time of four jours and six hours later the three parts had not all been pulled. When I called at the five hour mark to see if things were ready i was told that three of my four parts were pulled, that it didnt matter what time I was quoted that I had to wait....and that they dont do refunds so I could come up there but i wasnt getting my money back. When my husband and I got up there we were helped by a different person with the exact same attitude. RUDE!!!!!! We will NEVER use Dannys again. This is our second horrible experience and weve only been there twice. HORRIBLE, DO NOT waste your time or money.

I was reluctant to go there after reading some of the reviews but since I had no choice for they were the only yard that had my part. Also to avoid getting a fine I decided to go to them. I walked in and was greeted and told to wait 2 hours for the part to be removed I explained that I had school so he dispatched his yard guy and within 45 min my part was handed to me. Part was in great condition and price was most reasonable among all. I think they are working hard to change the culture of their business and fixing their bad reviews.

Don't really know how how they have bad reviews. Nice guys busy shop they do good business here. They let me inspect all parts before i purchased any. Picked up 1500$ worth of parts 1 engine and some misc body parts for my car, all perfect. They are awesome. Thank you!!

I rate Danny's used auto parts at 14201 Schaefer just pass Schoolcraft provided excellent service with looking at my 2016 Malibu, I thought I would need to replace my rear bumper and Mo was honest and helpful. He told me I didn't need a new bumper nor clips and fixed it for me at no charge.

I needed a steering shaft for a vehicle that the dealer said I had to buy a complete steering column assembly to get $1200.00 no after market parts were available either. I was sent to Danny's by another scrap yard and not only did Moe at Danny's have the part I needed, they spent the time to remove it from a crashed vehicle and had the part out for me same day saving my family hundreds of dollars. Moe's customer service is exceptional and he won't take advantage of your wallet either, spread the word about this place people, if they have what you need they will work hard to get it to you fast !

Very reasonable prices . They seem very honest and reliable. I purchased a cluster for my 07 equniox and it did not work but they replaced it with no problem and it's working just fine ..

terrible... I called ahead of time to make sure they have the part... they said "yup we have one on the shelf... I can let it go for $40"... BUT when I got there it was a different story... "oh.. we have the right side on the shelf, if you want the left side, its still on the vehicle and we DONT pull parts today... anyways there's no way we would let it go for $40" at least there's one just down the road that had it!

They were eager to help,always answered the phone, located the part I needed immediately(without me having to wait),& their price for the part I needed was very reasonable.Also, unlike other junk yards they, did not insist that I take the part off myself(which is sort of difficult for a woman.) I highly recommend Danny"s if you need a part for your old car.

Terrible customer service and the receptionist does not know how to speak to people with respect. They only want your money and do not care about your experience and finally they up charge on all used pieces. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! Avoid the place at all costs!!!! Very bad! Slow at getting parts and all the staff are rude. They sold me the wrong part and refused to exchange or refund. Told me to shut my face when I said I have to call the cops.
