Arabs, stay away, they removed the inside of the valve stem and didnt put it back plus they lost the bolt that holds the tpms sensor, never had any good experience from arabs, stay away peeps!

I bought an engine from here, and the engine did not even last me a month. Their 30 day warranty ran out the day it broke, and argued with me that their engine was good and my mechanic screwed up the swap. Their engine was "inspected" and tested to run good, but when i got it, it burned all the oil in the engine within 2500 miles. So for another month, i ran the car with engine knock till today. The piston ring was destroyed and instantly burned through all the oil and now my car does not work. I recommend not buying anything here, because they will blame your mechanic for their incompetence

My husband and I went here looking for three parts for our car. I had never been to a used parts/junkyard before, but the service at Brothers Auto Parts was excellent. They took a look at our car and in 30 minutes had all the parts we needed and even helped us install one piece quickly. They also only charged us for two of the three parts which was extremely generous. Overall we saved at least $150 on the parts over purchasing new parts online. They are a bit in the middle of nowhere south of Ypsilanti, but it was worth the trip. I couldn't have been happier with the service, speed, price and experience.

Very friendly staff and absolutely fantastic prices! Got a job done for 1/4 of the price my local shop would have charged ($200 instead of $800!). Service was done well and I couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Always treated right at Brother"s They have always stood by their warranty. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you want to be treated with respect and honesty, reasonable prices too!! Brothers Auto Parts paid top dollar for my 2004 honda.She finally died. I would not go anywhere else for any automotive needs. Their prices are the cheapest and best quality in town. I recently went there for a battery and even though they do not sell them, mike who works at the counter, was great help he even put it on the car for me .. great people .. pc i am really sad about the other reviews and i think there is always to said of the story ,and thats mine

I was having a buddy rebuild my AOD transmission, when he determined it was too bad and I should get a new one. He directed me here. They usually want payment upfront before they pull parts, but I told them I was coming from Lansing, MI and didn't have about 2 hrs to wait as they pulled it as I was very busy. They did me the favor of pulling before payment. On the way, I got caught up in traffic. They waited 5-10 minutes passed close to get me my part! Was very pleased by their kind deeds and service. Definitely recommend.

Unreliable. Supposed to be open at 9am. People are waiting for them since 9am. It's noon and still have not opened up. Open light is lit, and the door is still locked. No one is here. No one answers the phone. No messange on the door. No message on the phone and no way to leave a message for them.

This place is exactly what you'd hope for from a salvage yard, the building is new clean and looks good . The guys there are super nice ,will definitely make deals for you, though, particularly if you're purchasing multiple items. They have so many cars and they let you see that part before you even buy it , how good is this love this place and highly recommend

I'd give zero stars if I could. Willis Brothers sold me a motor with a bad head gasket. I was well within the 30 day warranty period. I complied with all the demands they made and they still won't refund my money. I'm now out $550.00 dollars plus labor and gas taking the vehicle back to them for inspection of the motor. They refuse to refund my $550 cash I paid them. DO NOT DEAL WITH WILLIS MOTORS. THEY ARE RUDE, unprofessional and thiefs. Do not fall victim to their crude practices.

I had my transmission replaced by them. They are very friendly, best prices by far, I didn't feel like I was getting screwed. I've had no problems with the replacement transmission. I recommend them to people I know. They are awesome.

Worst salvage yard I’ve ever been too, I called about getting a part and they confirmed that it was there. Said they had it and that it was ready to be picked up. Got their and was confused on why I was being lead outside to find the wrong part still bolted onto the engine. Wasted almost 3 hours of my time at this place. Front desk lady was very nice but the laziness of the workers was unreal.

Horrible service I called before I went and the guy assured mebhe would give me $300 for my vehicle I got there he made a check out for $300 his mechanic came out of no where and they started talking in their native language so he folded the check put it in his back pocket and went inside and made out another check for $200 I asked to speak to the owner because I don't live here and I drove along way the mechanic said he is the owner and the other guy said he was the owner and he tried to short me. These people are liars and scammers and refuse to keep their word. Do not go here.

Calibrate calibrate that's all I hear when I bought a transmition from them. In the past I've swapped a transmition from my 2012 malibu and had no issues and owned it for 2 years. I purchase a trans from them for a 2011 malibu and the first trans would spew fluid out and slip gears they provided a rebuilt transmition when I talked to them. After spending another 2 days installing the " rebuilt trans" I only found out it was also a faulty trans. So I went through 2 Transmitions that was guaranteed to work each one would have gear 2 & 3 slipping every time... When I called to have my money back all I got was a speech about how I don't know how to install a transmition and how I broke the original when it wasint even working in the first place. I brought it to a friend who's knowledge is way more in depth in the car technical world to get it calibrated up to dealer code and in the end my tech said it was a bad transmition. Now I'm back to where I started and more than 1k deep into this repair and labor. Deffinelty don't buy their Transmitions even if they say they have paperwork. All they do is give you is a speech about how they have some transmition guy and how it's guaranteed and eventually after they try to cuss you out they hang up on you when they don't get their way. I also forgot to mention that I was told that if I bring my transmition back to them that I would have to pay them additional for the replacement transmition they provided which was broken prior to my install. Save yourself the headaces and go somewhere more reliable and committed to customer service.

I give them zero stars these brothers rip people off and have know such thing as customer satisfaction. They ripped me off with a transmission twice! I had to tow my car twice, out of my own pocket money and what do I get in return; they cuss me out!! They are disrespectful, rude and know nothing about auto repairs! If anyone has had any similar experience with the transmission issue or engine issues, please keep your documentation and complain it to the state as I am in the process of doing so!

Excellent place to get good used parts. The sales people are very knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. new business but they are doing great job ,They are honest about quality of parts that they are selling, so that when we get them here there is never a discrepancy in what was ordered, and usually a lot more reasonably priced than most other salvage part distributors. Like I said we have used them few times and plan on using them for years to come.

This place is awesome. Not only do they have anything you need for your car but at reasonable prices. This was very positive experience for me. They are very professional and put customer satisfaction at the top of their priority list. While waiting I observed, Mike one of the owners and his receptionist, Nikki diligently working on helping a potential customer find what they needed. Brothers Auto Parts LLC knows how to treat customers. If they hear someone wasn't happy the owners attempt to correct the issue. How many places actually put customer satisfaction first? Not many. Mike and -KC owners have a strong team Nikki, Dan, Othman and Brian. It is a bit of a drive but it is a beautiful view and well worth going there if you really need a part and prefer good customer service. They can't be beat!!!

Very poor business. Does not stand behind there customers. Warranty policy is a joke. Don't buy from them unless want to deal with a world of nightmares. Very run down. Junk/parts everywhere. Repair shop has oil and other fluids all over the ground which all drains to the outside ground. They obviously don't care about the environment. Don't pay attention to newer posts. They are fake to try to push the negative posts down!.

The seem to be getting better. They tried to find what I needed but no luck. Went there 3 years ago. Tire machine was broken. So the guys decide the will remove the tire manually. So they slam it on the ground. Jump up and down on the tire. Scratch the hell.out of the lip of the rim. Then used either to try to seat the bead. Burned some of his arm hair. Almost comical if is was not my rim.

Best service I could have asked for.brothers auto have rebuilt my transmission & replaced my exhaust pipes for free . KC the manager kept me in the loop. I feel they went above & beyond. they are not an auto repair but defiantly great shop i was recommended by friend and they did great job. i Would definitely recommend anyone to go there.i will go there again if needed. 1st they sent me a wrong cylinder head . Took time And shipping cost to mail it back. The replacement has broken crank. Their solution,,, "switch your old in"...my old was bad too idiots that's why I bought another. All $$$ lost $320 + time 2weeks.

Horrible! Let me tell you..don't triple check by seeing parts online & calling to confirm the parts before showing up 20 mins later because guess what? The car would be crushed & all the other parts will magically also disappear. Receptionist was as professional as could be but these guys suck!

Brothers auto parts This place is a New Busniess , but if you're looking for a deal on a used or aftermarket part s , you can't go wrong with their price or service. The employees here are knowledgeable and they will help you to find what you want and will offer suggestions. I needed some old tires once and they mounted them for me and charged next to nothing, saving me hundreds of dollars.

A few days after I installed my transmission, I noticed it rolled while in park. After some investigating I discovered the transmission was not put together properly. When I called them and asked if they would fix it, they said sure, come on up. My son drove it up there (2 and a half hours one way) they want me to pay them to fix their mistake.
