How do you give negative stars? This place is ATROCIOUS!!!! I called after speaking with the OWNER, Hilario Luna. The person who answered the phone was the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever spoken with. Transferred me to a random voicemail when they were done dealing with me. Dear Mr. Luna, if you want better business, find better people. Disgusting.

I called a few days before heading over asking about a 14 Challenger Door. They said they did have it and I said I would call the next day again. I call the next day to find out they raised the price by 100 dollars! I didn't complain much. After all, they claimed the door was in excellent condition. I drove 2 hours and when I arrived they took me to the door. It looked like it was left outside for days. It was dirty, dusty, and rusted in some areas. Not only that, the mirror was missing, the glass was missing, and it had many many scratches on it. The person that took this door off also broke all the set clips from the door panel. They wanted to charge me 500 dollars for that! Wasting everyones time is ridiculous.

Called to ask about purchasing an axle for a chevy truck. The guy on the phone was helpful, but when I asked about a few different axles and he hung up on me without answering. What a joke. I need to get an axle and they don't value my business. I thought it was your job to answer phone calls, and locate parts. Guess I was wrong.

Sam is the man! As a woman I get yanked around a lot when I take my car in. So I learned to call around a lot! I always get 3 estimates and I do my homework on the details of what my car really needs. Had to bring my car in a few times this summer to get fixed and every time Sam gave me the best price and only fixed what needed to be fixed. He also gave me some great advice on what to expect next with my particular car. He's running an honest business and I appreciate it!

I bought a bearing for a Chevy venture 03 and the first one was bad. Exchanged it and now second one is also bad. Who is going to pay for the time I invested replacing it? Still have warranty. I am afraid I get a bad one again.

Please get a website to make it easier on everyone. I had a jack priced $15+tax. I asked "are you aware that's how much they cost new?" I asked if they'd lower the price. He said you can always buy a new one.

I called to see if they had a wheel in stock for my 2004 BMW 3 series. The person I spoke with on the phone was very rude and insisted that the wheel I was describing did not come stock on my car. He even yelled at me telling me to give him my phone number so he could send me a picture of the wheel. After I tried explaining that this wheel did, indeed come on a 2004, he got angry and sent me a picture of a Sasquatch riding a unicorn. I wish I was making this up. It's bad enough that the person I spoke with gave me false information, but it's worse that they couldn't admit it and just got ruder after I explained it. I even called a BMW dealership to make sure, and he still argued with me.
