I called for a windshield wiper arm yesterday at 4:00pm, the phone call took about 30 seconds. The Chevy dealer wanted $70. Acme charged me $15. The part was on my desk before lunch today. I just put it on and will be ready for the rain on the way home!! Absolutely perfect service every time I call them. Thanks!!

These guys do not know what they are doing. They are incapable of pulling a part without destroying it. 2 out of 2 times I have been there for interior parts they break them and bring them to the counter dirty. A suede set of visors that were perfect (I inspected them) and only require a torx to remove ended up muddy, broken and with YELLOW PAINT ALL OVER IT! I try to support local businesses but I will never go back there and I suggest no one else trust them either. If I could rate zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Brought back my gas tank because I ended up not needing it. As I was taking the tank out my back seat a small cord came off (Something they could put back on) and they said they couldn’t take it. I was so upset I threw it on the ground outside. But I’m actually going to get it back so they won’t resell it. Horrible service smh

3 out of 3 times these guys had parts i needed for my truck. Personally I really don't think they are over priced considering someone was paid to salvage the part, then of course tested for operation, then entered into their database for inventory , and finally having someone retrieve and sell u the part. Seems it is handled a few times. Tomorrow I will yet get another part ... pretty sure I am going to be satisfied seeing as i called ahead verifying that they had it and the part is being sold for like 30% of new.

Amazing staff, very professional, prompt with service! They take quality control very serious, when buying a part from them they are very honest, told me an engine couldn't be tested due to the accident and it turned out perfectly fine! Not to mention the price saved me a ton of money considering I was heavily discounted based on their honesty of the engine not being tested! I think the best thing about this place is the fact that they have an ONLINE INVENTORY so you can search the parts you need to see if they have it in stock ready to go. So it can save you a trip. Also, TRUE STORY my car broke down across the street from this junkyard. But the people at acme were just barely moving in and they weren't even open for business yet. Well a very friendly Mexican employee of theirs walked across the street and he diagnosed and installed the part my car needed with his own tools and everything. I even made it in time for my job interview I was headed too. I was lucky to break down there!!! I guess my only complaint would be is their high prices. I needed a headlight for my regal and they wouldn't budge from their 70$ asking price even though that was the highest price i found. I ended up not buying it and I went to a junkyard in Detroit instead.

Pretty awful customer service, but they had the part i needed. No one greeted me. I sat and waited 5-10 minutes, meanwhile every guy in there made eye contact with me. They were more concerned with their lunch order than a paying customer. Finally i approached someone and he helped me. Hope you enjoy your lunch and your 2 star review.
