Recycling center for scrap metal I use it often, we need to save the planet

Tried to use this service and first call it was like we were calling someones house they would not give us an address to drop off the metal. Because apparently they have 2 locations in woburn fine. Secondly they offered a pick up service in which they would come out and pick it up and pay for the metal. When we tried to used the pick up service they thought we were giving the metal to them which was never our intent. Once they found out we were not they pick out a few things and offered 40 bucks and needless to say we declined and will be taking our metal else where. if your looking to sell you metal I would Not recommend this place, if your giving it away then they are willing to take it. If you trying to get good money for scrap metal do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Then when my wife called back they were so rude and horrible customer service. Never again!
