I needed a bed for a truck that I have, nobody had a decent one, robertsons did...awesome. I called on a Thursday, said I couldn't make it there until Saturday seeing as I live over 2 hours away. I was told that was fine and they would hold it until I got there. That Saturday i took the 2+ hour drive there from western mass only to be told they sold it the day before . They are just another poorly run business with no communication within the company. I would give them zero stars if it was possible for not keeping their word, wasting close to 5 hours of my morning driving and wasting $30 in gas. Very disappointed and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to Robertson's since I was 17 years old. I am now 58. I bought an engine for my Toyota Supra at Robertson's. Cost me $1600.00 including tax. Warranty was 3 months. Called Robertson's every week after it was put in. Engine no good. Finally head gasket blew. Called. they said it was out of warranty after 3 months and 3 weeks of not driving it and a total of 1000 miles. Come to find out after the head was removed, the whole bottom half of the engine was pitted. The block and pistons were junk. My tech said this sat for a long time with the water in the cylinders. I got $400.00 back from them, and that was like pulling teeth. I have since found another engine. Point of the story: KEEP AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

The best news I received after four mass air flow sensors was today at Robertsons , I was mislead everywhere until I called Bill and he made sure I had the correct part for my Volvo after spending $500-$600 at other locations . I found Robertsons one of the best places to deal with. I had a car for salvage, and when I called them the person answering the phone was so nice to deal with. He gave me a price for the car, which was more than other places had quoted. The driver came promptly to pick up the car. I had left it in my sister's yard, and I was not there when he came to pick it up. I thought he was supposed to come a half hour later than he did. My sister called me to tell me he was there. It took 5 minutes for me to get there and he waited for me - a pleasant smile and greeting. Other places would have just taken off and not waited. I pray that your business will flourish. You deserve it.

Have only been there a couple of times and my experience was over and beon, I went there a couple of days ago,I called and asked if they had a rear lens for my truck and a rear window,(sliding windows)Yes we do,I asked how much,the lens assm,was $30 the rear window $65,I didn't get the window,the hole window would have to be replaced,I thought you could lift up the window to remove it,I was wrong,to much time and to cold to be done,dealing with glue,caulking,etc!,spring project,anyways anything you need for your vehicle, Robertson's Auto Salvage,guaranteed will have what you need,(by the way it was a new lens assm)That's why I give them 5 stars!!!

Prices are kind of high. Employees are extremely helpful and nice. Your in and out. They stay on top of getting the customer in and out so you're not standing around not being helped. Everybody's polite and works hard. I would recommend this place to others. Just the prices for used parts were a little up there.

I needed a lock for a tailgate and of course I had to buy the whole tailgate to do so. It was cheaper than buying a new lock and now I am stuck with a tailgate I don’t need. But you know what really pissed me off was that the SUVS are in this row and then all the way in the back. Being disabled and having a difficult time walking and having to use a cane and I said something and I get an answer of it is not that far. So I said something about it being so when you are actually really sick. You know that before you judge maybe you should walk in the other persons shoes. He finally got me a ride out there to look for a gate with a working lock. They had a few more parts I wanted especially the second row of seats in the one the tailgate came from and the drivers side tail light. But I now have to look for these things somewhere else. Which honestly sucks because it would be nice to have them done with. Just a little bit of paying attention and you would greatly have had more business and a way better review. So if you happen to have Bucket seats in tan as the second row for a Ford Expedition and a drivers side tail light. And any ideas on how to get rid of the perfectly good gate i have. The year is a 1998 . So please just pay attention a little bit and then you would not lose business especially when the customer needs more items.

I Thank Robertson's Auto Salvage.Needed tires and door handle.was worth the drive from Mid Cape . The Door Handle was waiting for me when I arrived .Dan even put the tires in the car with me. Great tires but to wide ,returned next morning got my cash back . Robertson Family Owned and They work alongside their Professional Staff. I will Check back for the Toyota Recommended Size Tires . When other Auto Salvage yard didn't call back Robertson's did .

I asked the person on the telephone if they had an interior for my vehicle, he assured me that they did….I had asked him if it was in good shape or if it was beaten up, with an attitude he replied it is in inventory, and we wouldn't have it there unless it was in good shape…… I drove 45 minutes to the junkyard, took the ticket with the vehicle number on it and after an hour finally located it, there was no interior, I spent an hour and a half on a round-trip plus an hour in the junkyard to come up empty-handed after he assured me they had the interior, not to mention the attitude that came with it… I understand that these people aren't exactly doctors, or English majors, or even your average, Retail persons, but a little goddamn courtesy, would have gone a long way….It's no wonder these people have reputations , Of being ignorant, and inconsiderate thanks for nothing never doing business there again, and you probably don't care anyways I hope LK Q put you out of business you are terrible business people.

Called in to ask about a few rims, priced for 30 each, totaling 60. When I got there they told me it would be 85. It was one day later... I do not appreciate being baited then switched. I will never go to this establishment again and I will strongly urge everyone I know and customers from my shop to stay far away from this place. New rims are 45 a piece by the way.

I own a repair Shop and Always we order parts and most of The time I'm not there but try to leave every thing done Like The check ready when parts coming. This people now give you the price on The phone but they Never inform you The freaking "core charge" on it. First of all should be ilegal cause there not saling a rebuilt part. Its used. Rebuilt parts require core but not freaking junk yard parts. Every one should refuse to pay this extortion.... My shop will not pay cores fees from those crockers. Fyall!!!!!!

Robertson's Auto Salvage is a great place to go to get parts for your car without having to break the bank. When my alternator started acting up i looked around all the different auto parts stores to compare the prices and they all wanted around $150 for an altenator, even a refurbished one, then i remembered Robertson's who had what i needed and only charged $37 for it!

I called to have my car salvaged and wasn't able to reach anyone. I then went down explained that my car needed to be towed due to an issue with the brakes and was less than 5 miles away. It was the week of a storm, so I was understanding when they informed me that it would take several days. The man wrote my information in his notebook and I was told they would give me a call. A week and a half later when I hadn't heard from anyone I decided to pursue other options. Called Everett's Auto in Brockton on a Friday and the vehicle was picked up for NO CHARGE the following Monday. Also, Everett's paid me $50 more than Robertson's offered. When I called Robertson's to cancel what I believe was never even scheduled,I got an "okay" no apology no explanation. Do yourself a favor if you are scrapping a car and call Everett's where your business is actually valued and you receive prompt service.

Bought a motor from them two years ago works great no problems that’s the only reason they are getting two stars. Today I called and and asked if they had a tranny. The said yes it on the shelf so I pay 450 over the phone get in my car and drive 40 mins go to the back to pick it up guy says he can’t find I go up front the guy goes back and looks for it a hour later he said so we can’t find it refunds money no credits or nothing extra just take people money and waste there time never again

Horrible customer service. Anytime I go there it's as if they are doing NE a favor to spend money there.. Wouldn't take my jeep fenders back because of 30 day return policy...m.even though no damage AzND the charge a 25% restocking fee! Really....! Antiquaited customer service policy.
