JC & Shane were great guys to deal with. I came from about 250 miles away in a winter storm to pick up my new bed for my F250. Their crew was on point, and more than willing to help me out. They helped me load up the bed no questions asked, even though there was 10" of snow on the ground, and it was still coming down. They also had the best prices on the parts I needed by a HUGE margin when compared to other yards. Regardless of the distance from my home town, I will be back to purchase more parts for future projects!

I had looked everywhere for months, for a front headlight ensemble for my 2010 Lincoln MKZ, and always got the same answer, sorry those are just too scarce, have to go to the dealership and buy a new one, cost $1300.00. Well, Jay, the nice young man who greeted me at NEATR said "Sure, just a minute and produced one that looked brand new!" NEATR's price? $250. With a guarantee! Perfect! Firstly, any business that has a Frenchie and Bull Dog in the office is worth a 5 star rating. Secondly, if you don’t see it call and ask! I found NEATR through an eBay listing on a part I did not need however pulled from a similar BMW. I called and within secs Thad had located the door I needed. Upon arriving at NEATR I don’t know what I was expecting but was surprised to see what seemed to be a busy well oiled machine of bodies in constant movement communicating through headsets. Can you give 10 stars? They earned it. JC was amazing. I had been trying to find a DIPSTICK of all things. Nobody else would take the time to talk to me. I would tell them what I want and they would hang up. JC took the time to ask questions and get an understanding for what I needed. He told me it would take him a few days but he was confident he could find me the part. He did! Everyone was polite, just fantastic group. I recommend you buy all your parts from these guys. Can't say enough about the great customer service I received from Jay and Hugo at NE Auto & Truck. After talking on the Chat option with Hugo and getting all the info on a fender that I needed, I ordered the part online unsure of the condition on a fender. It looked to be in good shape in the pictures on the site, but I couldn't tell if there was any damage. Jay called me to let me know of the blemishes on the Fender and just to be sure, he sent me several photos to make sure I knew what I was getting. That added customer service made it a much easier decision on purchasing a used auto body part online. Plus the shipping was cheaper than anywhere else I could find. They get two thumbs up from me!

Past experience has been good not so much this time though. Transmission that was shipped from another yard wasn't there when I was told it would be so I drove an hour for nothing. Then the unit I got had a cracked and epoxied case. Had to get another unit. Vehicle was down for over a week. Wouldn't bothered as much for a $7 - $800 transmission but this was $1500 and only $200 less than a rebuilt online.

I had additional questions and instead of replying back with email, my salesman Jay Ablaza called me. He asked me what I was looking for and made every effort to understand my needs. When new is not an option, used is your only choice. My Geo Tracker, 4WD, Manual Transmission has become a rarity, as far as the drivetrain components are concerned. In my quest to far away lands and valiant harvesters of vintage vehicle varieties, I come to NEATR. I met a valiant knight of the Rotary Internal Combustion Engines named Jay. He could have said "No we don't have that" as the previous dozen people I'd called had told me. He made several calls and kept in reasonable contact with me. At one point I called and Jay answered. The business had flooded over the weekend (storms). He was so kind and professional in spite of the circumstances. He kept his promise and called me the following day. Unfortunately, the part didn't fit. After exhausting all known possibilities he promptly returned my money to my credit card. I believe you can tell much more about people when nothing seems to "go" right. NEATR, Jay (and Shane too!) rank 5 stars as far as I'm concerned. You can't squeeze Tracker parts from a turnip but you will be treated with honesty and respect at NEATR!

New England Auto and Truck is the place to go if you need literally ANYTHING for your vehicle . I looked everywhere, I mean everywhere for a superduty bed . I called every junkyard , parts store, recycler in six states. I wasted a weekend going to look at a Craigslist bed that, though he swore was like new, was more rusted than the one I was trying to replace! Save your time and call these guys first. Jay A. was the sales guy who answered my call, not only did he have answers to all of my questions but in a matter of minutes he had found several matches for what I needed including a bed that matched the color of my truck, I can't tell you how happy and relieved I was after speaking to him It was clear that these guys were professionals. When we got there to pick up the bed The owner Jay ( a different Jay) met us in the parking lot and walked us to the yard to see the bed, (it far exceeded our expectations) and ended up giving us a tour of the place. He was clearly busy and didn't need to do that for us but he was very proud of his business (as he should be) and it's that kind of customer interaction that will keep New England Auto at the top and in business for years to come. The guys loaded our new bed for us with some serious precision, and we were on our way. I wish I had found them first, it was the easiest most painless transaction and now I won't go anywhere else for anything car related, they even have tires! Thanks Guys!

Listen up! If you need parts, call Brown's. Do it. I have been dealing with Brown's for years now, working as the parts coordinator for a few different body shops. I've also purchased mechanical parts for the service side of things. I ALWAYS get the correct, clean, fairly priced part the first time, and fast. I must say, though, the best part about dealing with Brown's is the staff. Whereas a lot of the time you call a recycled parts dealer and they just aren't personable or don't seem interested in your business, you won't find that here. JC is an all around great guy, and will go out of his way to help YOU, or will give you a straight up answer when something isn't available, he won't string you along to get a couple bucks from you. Mark and Shane are also terrific guys who want nothing more than to help you with accuracy and effectiveness. I could continue raving about Browns, but I think you should call them and experience their expertise for yourself!

Amazing customer service! I ordered a tail light for my Volvo V50, and when it arrived from the other side of the country, the box had unfortunately been a little damaged, leaving a crack in the tail light. After asking for a refund, Jay immediately called me to find out what had happened. He asked if I would prefer a refund, or another tail light sent out. I ordered an alternator for my Ford escape with very little miles. It the cheapest I had found online they shipped it right away as promised. The UPS driver decided he didn't want to drive up my mountain road and had checked return to sender as if I didn't want it. I had called ups they were unhelpful so I contact Jay from New England auto truck recyling. He was super helpful I even offered to pay for shipping since it really wasnt there fault but he said they were gonna take care of me and that he would resend it today. Tried to save money and purchased an old AC Compressor for my 2006 Honda Civic from here to have my Mechanic install it. Was never offered a Labor protection either. Did not work. Returned it for a full refund- no problem. BUT it costed me an additional $150 (additional labor and charging) to have my Mechanic reinstalled a new refurbished compressor and he was very reasonable. Working perfect now. DO NOT get a used electrical part!!! Update 9/28/2018: Jay called me personally and resolved my issues. Excellent customer service! I would come back and purchase all my auto parts here without hesitation!

I found a tailgate for my 2009 Toyota Tacoma in the same color to replace my damaged one. It's more money than an aftermarket part, but didn't require painting. To me it was a good price. I called about some parts they said they had them ....they said come up any time to check them out..... I drove 45 minutes to see them...... I get there they then say they're to busy to show them to me to check out condition..... I said I just drove 45 minutes to get here he said maybe tomorrow with a smile which at this point is rather annoying......so I wasted gas and time..... I then went to a local salvage yard payed more .....but it was worth every penny and this yard handled everything in a timely manner .... Nationwide is the name of the other yard ....5 stars for them
