Went with my boyfriend and children earlier today to purchase a car. We walked around the lot for about 10 mins. Nobody came out to help us so we went inside to where the offices and still nobody tried to assist us. A male working in one of the offices was up from his desk saw us and went back to his desk. Would never buy a car from there or recommended someone to, the lack of customer service says enough.

I won't post below three stars due to the prior experience of buying a power steering rack from Linder's, but this time I was really given a run-around. Tried to purchase a rear passenger side window regulator for my GF's mother's prius and was told that they had one in stock for $45. Went and picked up the part and brought it home, but then realized that they supplied me with the front passenger regulator instead (upon inspection of the invoice, it seems they entered it into the computer incorrectly). When I called them back, they told me they would do a part swap at no charge to me, and would call me the following week when it was pulled from the vehicle. On Wednesday I had a voicemail from Ray saying it was ready and made the hour-long trip back to Linder's to swap out the part, but unfortunately this call was made in error. I gave them the incorrect regulator anyway and was told the correct part would be ready the next day. I told them I couldn't make it til' next week and told that was fine. I called today to make sure the part was ready and unfortunately they told me they had sold the entire door and had no part for me. They wanted me to come in (again) for the refund, but luckily they were able to take my card number via phone at my request. Linder's has great prices and in the past has been extremely professional, but in this one instance I was let down.

Bought a car today from Linders. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought many cars over my lifetime. I spoke with Ron on the phone Tuesday and had a great feeling about the way he handled my inquiry. He set me up with Greg for Wednesday morning, as I was coming from a long distance. I got there early and was met by Keith, who could not have been nicer or more accommodating until Greg arrived. Greg continued with the same high level of service, down to earth, and no pressure. He took the time to explain everything about the car and made sure everything was taken care of with the delivery of my car. Keith once again stepped in to help when I arrived for pick up until Greg became free. I can't say enough about this place and how I was treated - this is where I will look for my next purchase! Price and quality of the vehicle were excellent! Thank you!

Shopped around on the internet for quite a while looking for just the right pre-owned Mercedes. Then I test drove a few at different dealerships. Went to Linder's when I saw the model and color I wanted. The car was right there when I arrived and looked to be in great shape. Ron from sales, who I spoke with on the phone, handed over the keys and allowed me to test drive the car around the area unaccompanied--very trusting I thought. No pressure to buy when I returned but the car was in great shape and the price was excellent. I like to haggle and tried to but it's hard when you already know this is the best price around (I did plenty of research, believe me). Bought the car on the spot and picked it up a few days later. Was ready for me to drive it home when I arrived. Easy to work with and great prices. I will look at Linder's inventory first the next time I am in the market.

The service department is great. I have used their loaner cars, which are also awesome and they can usually get me in for service appointments quick. Went here with my Papa today in order to look at a Corolla and Escape that I saw online. Greg was awesome and not pushy in the least! He let me test drive the Corolla and Civic as the Escape had been sold. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or as if I was being cheated or lied too. They are willing to help you find what you need and work to get you into your car ASAP. Another great part, they aren’t based on commission so they truly have your best interest at heart!! I didn't end up purchasing a car from them that time, however I had a great experience with absolutely no pressure. The salesman was great to talk to, they let me take an F150 on a test drive and even recommended routes and suggested highway as well to get a proper test. I ended up not purchasing in favor of a Titan XD at a dealer in Westborough instead. The next time I need a vehicle they are my first stop.

So long as they have what you need, great place. Damn near unbeatable prices, but, you pull your own stuff, which isn't bad, because you get to learn how to do it on a parts car so you don't break yours. Please be courteous and don't break other parts when you pull yours. Staff is generally pretty decent, and tries to be helpful. The only major drawback is they charge$2.00 to walk in.
