First off do not wear flip flops. This is a dirt and gravel parking lot. Once inside the junkyard the ground is littered with dirt metal and glass particles. Bring your own tools. Vehicles are classified by make and models. You are responsible to remove parts you need. This is NOT a place for children of any age. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Prices good.

Bad Customer service The cashier priced item wrong we accepted the deal then go get the part from the car, took almost an hour, then the cashier say sorry he priced out the wrong part and ask for much much more than the deal. We already paid for it and everything, we didnt even get credit back or anything but just sorry. Such a waste of time

Crazy expensive and worst customer service. I went once, ended up buying some trunk struts for my car, put them on in the parking lot, didn't hold my trunk up so went to return them right away and the guy didn't believe me and didn't want to return the money either and got a store credit instead. I know 3 people that have been there once and won't go back because of their horrible customer service. Never again.

I have used Holland in the past and had good experience until now. This past March I baught a used bumper from them, now that I am ready to have it placed on my car I found that it is all rusted in the inside with rusted broken parts. Before I use it I would have to have a metal bar replaced. Call Holland and because it has be past 30 days they will not exchange (they said with a slight laugh) I am female what do I know about parts and what to look for? I felt I was taken advantage of. Sad, Well I can literally say I have found my "JUNK" yard.

Not the best pick and pull yard. Yes you can save some money here, but the yard is in chaos and the staff never really knows exactly what they have in the yard for cars or parts. It's a gamble and most times I go there for a specific part it's either missing or damaged. Can't target Holland's alone though as many "Pick and Pull" yards are like this.

I called today to ask if they had a particular part available, and the man who answered the phone was insanely rude about the whole thing. I am always super polite on the phone, and even thanked him after the fact (although he very obviously didn't "check" if the part was there -- he answered me with a nasty "yeah we don't have it" literally two seconds after I finished asking him). Maybe next time just say, "Sorry, I don't think we have that" in a relatively pleasant tone? There's no reason to get short with the customer when the customer doesn't get short with you! I understand that working in the customer service industry can be difficult and frustrating at times, but if you can't manage to be even moderately polite with customers (especially when there is no problem whatsoever -- I never got mad or anything) then maybe you should be working "behind the scenes" instead and not interfacing with the public. I'm in the process of looking elsewhere for the part, but now that I'm reading all the negative comments about this place I'm glad I didn't go any further with them than the phone call!

Very rude employees, except one that was willing to help me out. He quoted me a reasonable price for a passenger side mirror i needed, went to pull it and found he was busy, so i went to another employee which i got a $55 quote for a mirror. I explained him that one of the other employees said it was going to be $35. He then responded "why the hell did you ask then?" I left after that comment. Very rude. Will be finding a new junkyard now.

If I could give this review place a zero stars I could. One of the employees followed me and took my credit card. He assumed I stole my father’s jacket. Very hostile man. As a woman, I was disrespected and belittle into handing over my credit card. He wanted money and told me give me five dollars but I didn’t have it, I told him I had my credit card. I didn’t have five dollars. I was afraid. I bought tires from this place and I all wanted was to get my iced coffee from the car. What was supposed to do? My father told me to put his jacket in the car. The employee didn’t explain his policies, I told him I was waiting for some work to be done with the tires. I was told him I waiting an hour to get work done. I wasn’t going anywhere. I guess I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. The other employees were friendly. My father and I tipped the mechanics for helping us.

This is a funny place. I called to ask for a part and its price. I have been told by an employee that it should cost me 40$. I called again few hours later and spoke to another person and the price suddenly become different within two hours time. The price jumped to 75$. How can anybody trust these people? I finally bought a new part for 32$ from an autopart store online with no hassle. When I asked about the price discrepancy, their answer was it was genuine Honda part. Now the part was nothing but a driver's side side mirror. Who should really care about genuine vs aftermarket brand of side view mirror?

wish i never went here it started off bad i spoke with william and i bought used engine motor on august 19th he told me the engine motor was good and sold it to me for $650 and the engine motor was so post to be delivered to the shop the next day and so i'm thinking it got to the shop so i waited till thursday afternoon to call the garage and see how my car is doing and the garage told me that they never received it i was shocked so i called william back at holland and his excuse was that it got stuck to another paper so he never noticed and it got delivered late friday and then come to find out the next week the engine motor was bad the garage said that holland ended up washing it up and somehow the water got into the engine etc so at this point i'm upset so i drive to holland and ask for william and of course he's off so then i explained too tom who works there what happened how they sold me a bad engine motor and he said that can't be so he told me he will go down to the garage him self and maybe they not connecting something right so that was friday and tom never made it there cause he said he had a pet emergency and finally he went on late saturday so on monday i call holland and tom is off and at this point i'm like well i need to speak with a manager and a person name jarod got on the phone and here i go again explaining what happen and he said he will call the garage and jarod verified that the engine was no good so i said i want my money back and it took 4 days for me to get my money back and i also asked so what are you going to do help me with this labor cost and jarod refused to do anything to help me with the labor cost on the engine motor that the garage was charging me and i ended up paying $700 labor i had no idea that this engine was gonna be no good i took holland word and they will never get my business ever again and i will never refer anyone to go here they don't care about there customers all they want is your money....stay away from holland used auto parts bad service

I called and the man answering was outright rude. I had asked for information on a part and he seemed in a rush to get me off the phone. I have been there a few times when desperate for a part for my car or my families car’s. Everyone is usually busy behind the counter and you just stand there waiting for someone to even acknowledge you in their building. When they do interact with you, it’s like they are rushed to make a sale and get annoyed the longer you take or if you ask any questions. I’ve had better service ordering McDonalds. I’ve only seen them be nice to women and what look like regular customers or friends. They make their prices up on the spot; you can see the other comments. I can recall one instance where I asked someone how much my part would be, (I had pulled it from the car and put it on the counter), and he told me $30. I knew I could get the part elsewhere for $15 at any online store but it would just take a while to get to me. I figured I’d wait for my part instead of paying double, so I said “oh I don’t think I’ll be taking it then, but thank you” and went to walk out of the store, but he then said “well wait, I can give it to you for $20”. Now it may be good he lowered the price on my item, but it shows you they try to get top dollar off people who don’t know better. They won’t even look at you when you walk in the building; they make their prices up on the spot; don’t tell each other prices; and they over charge. I feel bad for those who pay the first price they can think of. I would not do business with them again based off all my experiences. I’d rather buy a full priced new part anywhere else then deal with anyone behind the counter making up numbers or being rude

Customer service is terrible they lack any sort of respect. They say they will do something and then never fallow through. Then their management gets mad at you when you get upset with the lack of professionalism. After they gave me the wrong part I was trying to get the right one .While talking to management and finding out they didn't have the right part i asked for my refund and he got all mad at me and then hung up the phone. I would recommend going anywhere else than dealing with these guys.

Several of my good friends live close to Holland and I try to make the trip when I go to visit. Prices are good and the counter guys are always great. I've been to cheaper and more expensive self service junkyards in the north east and mid atlantic. Holland is one of my favorites. I'd obviously prefer lower prices but the selection at cheaper yards suffers a lot.

Good choice, organised but ...the price ... why would i spend 1 hour removing the part and then pay more than the same NEW part online? The guy at the counter asked what car it was so he could write it on the parts, just in case i refuse his overpriced estimate, he could then put the part in the correct basket. I found this a bit cynical and in the long term it won't fly. Make it 60% of online price , not more than online price I guess. I m happily ordering the part online after that.

Walked in, they said they had a specific part for my car. Paid them to take if off, waited around for 2 hours right as they close get a call from an employee telling me they don’t have the part. And that they already sold it. Also forgot to mention, about an hour of waiting I walked back in and asked how long it usually takes to remove the part, the guy says “it’s busy and they’re working on it right now” who wouldn’t be annoyed?

I'm giving them a 5 because they have a pretty good selection and I like the fact that it's a self service yard. Also if you call ahead they're pretty good about knowing what they have in the yard and what's already gone. They have a lot of late models and they're pretty good about organizing everything by make. I also like the fact that most of the time the year is written on the side of the car as well as the mileage and if it has a blown motor it will say something like motor ng or trans ng. The only thing I don't like about this place is the facts that you will get a different price from different employees. Some of the people behind the desk charge reasonable amounts while some of them charge ridiculous amounts for the stupidest small things. Everett's in Brockton has price lists for all their pull it yourself parts and I think this place should too.
