Nice friendly staff there, they'll help you out. If you have a small load, then you're better off using the small scale behind the drive-on scale. The big scale goes up in increments of 20 pounds or something like that, so small stuff wont register. Has been a decent way for me to clean up the yard and get some extra money for car parts too, recommended. Just give the tractor trailers their space when it's busy

They run a bad business and are not customer friendly. They need to learn to address problems with the customer when the issue comes up not multiple days later. The lady in the office is very rude and disrespectful and has no people skills. Will never go back and do not recommend anyone using them there's a new scrap yard in Webster I highly suggest using them it's the owner that previously ran Millbury

Not a scrapper, but a homeowner who had a bunch of metal piled in the backyard from small projects. Decided to clean up. Staff was friendly, and they had someone working a smaller scale so I could just junk what little I had. $102 later (mostly old well wiring), worth the trip.

On July 31, 2019 at 11:19am I came to this business to drop off light weight tin. I unloaded my truck and had an accident on their property and nearly sliced off my fingers. I used a piece of papertowel to help stop the bleeding. Needless to say it only soaked the papertowel. I then drove to the scale house and lifted my hand to show the woman my hand while I was still trying to stop the bleeding. I expected the cashier to show empathy and maybe ask if I was ok or if I needed a towel or anything. This was not the reaction I received, this woman according to the receipt her name may be Lisa, started to yell at me about getting blood on her counter. She screamed that I better not throw my blood soaked towel in her trash can. I assurred her that I did not touch her counter. She then started to lecture me about the hazard of blood and the desease that it contains still telling me very angerly that I better not touch anything and No she did not want my I'd since its contaminated. As I stood bleeding very heavily at her counter she continued to lecture me about how I should have bought a pair of gloves since they only cost a dollar. This day was very hot and humid. It was close to 90° if not over. I was sweating and loosing blood fast. I started to black out and only could see a bright light. I barley made it back to my truck and was more concerned about passing out and what this crazy woman may do if that happened, God for bit there would be blood on her steps. I sat in my truck for a good 10 minutes with the AC blaring and drinking water until I became ok to drive. I have never wrote a review in my entire life, but I felt as though people should know about this woman and how helpful she was. I believe she earned this review. God forbid she ever has a medical issue, I am sure she would feel differently. After I wrote this review I decided to call the POB and I was treated how I expected. The staff was very concerned the gentleman I spoke with at the home office listened and was apologetic and did not make excuses for Lisa. He had Paul follow up and Paul was very concerned. I was not looking for anything but to make them aware of the situation. They went above and beyond to make this right. Therefore I do not want to bash a company on account of a poor employee. I will continue to do business with them.

I went here on a Saturday, aug 25th 2018 to be exact, to scarp a car. I pull on the scale and the lady in the scale house sais “your all set” over the intercom. So I pull off the scale and the crane operator grabs the car, crushes it and throws it on the pile. I pull back on the scale and she said “your all set” again. So I pull off and go up to collect my money. Lady starts giving me the run around telling me she has no record of me being there etc, can’t pay me because I was never there. Pulled on at 13100, off at 11080. After a lengthy exchange of bs I ended up walking away furious and empty handed. Very shady business practices, I would steer clear of this yard, find another spot to drop your scrap. Im sure I won’t be the last customer they decide to treat like this.

I only give one star there is no way to bypass. Extremely rude staff and poor Cust service. Was told to be there at 1145 on a Saturday when I got there they said it should be 1130 in corporate told me that . The lady in the office was red in the face swearing on the phone. No manners at all!!! Don’t go there
