I called them to clean out my sister's house in Steriling. She died unexpectedly and the property was a mess; she was a hoarder! We cleaned out some stuff on our own but became overwhelmed. It does not help that we do not live near the property. Every time that we went there it a 3 hour travel time was added to our day. These guys did a terrific job! I went there today and it was broom clean as promised. The junk in the yard, on the deck and in the yard was gone. This was not a nice job to complete but they did it well and at a reasonable price. As contractor I've been using D & D for the removal of construction debris since 2008. The drop offs and pick ups are always timely and as agreed upon. The drivers have always been careful and conscientious of the homeowners property and have made every effort to place the dumpsters where I needed them . The prices are great I have yet to find a cheaper service. Try them out!!!

I needed to get rid of almost everything in my last apartment in a hurry when I moved to a house. I had received two estimates from trash removal companies and this one came out much cheaper. They came with three guys and were able to remove everything in an hour. Very impressed for the cost.

I am very happy that the people who rated this company five stars had a good experience from them as I was hoping to have a good experience from them unfortunately I was not. I was very happy and felt very lucky that they were able to come remove some carpeting from my house that I am renovating however the customer service from who I am assuming is the owner was horrible. I felt that their quote was completely fair so I had and still have no problem paying what they quoted me but I feel like I have had zero respect from this man. Yesterday they canceled on us because of the rain which is fine I completely understand. But I guess I came off "in a rush" to him which is what he stated to me in a very condensing tone, because they came today on another very rainy day and ended up digging up the side of my yard. All I was expecting with an apology for what they did I wasn't asking for them to pay for the damages and I never even got an apology. He pretty much told me that it was my fault and proceeded to laugh at me throughout the entire conversation. When I told him I felt he was being extremely rude and I didn't understand why he laughed some more, which he again did the entire conversation, and told me "oh this isn't rude I could show you rude". I know that my husband told the man who were patching the yard up with their feet that it was fine don't worry about it but this was because he was trying to avoid a confrontation because that's not his personality at all. I will repeat I have no problem with paying them for the job that they did however a huge apology should be an order for what they did to my lawn and for the way that this man treated me on the phone. When I told him that I was the customer and he shouldn't be treating me this way he just laughed at me and told me not to take things so seriously. I really hope that nobody in counters this situation with him or any of his employees like I just did because it was so disrespectful. Let's just say that when I asked him again why are you treating me this way he laughed and then hung up on me. I never once asked him to repair the damages that he did nor pay for them I just wanted an apology

Great service, great attitude, fast, backed down my condo residence after blizzard and tight area during plowing and still made it. Thought I got all my kids "missing" toys out of the couch and one worker came back in to give her a toy he found that I didn't. (Will call again in future.)
