I set my original appointment for noon today I wait until 1230 then I give them a call he said that the driver accidentally skip me and would be there at 1:30 the latest at 2:30 I called him to see what the status was they said we are on the way now I asked if I could get a little more compensation for wasting two hours of my time they said no it doesn’t work that way it is now 3 o’clock I called another junkyard company and canceled with these guys Horrible service horrible attitude good luck.

I don’t know where these reviews about good money are coming from! $110 for a car with all aluminum block and heads,and the whole coolant system is 3 months old for 110,lol but they paid 175 for a worthless xterra last year that didn’t have anything good about it,lol some of us aren’t that stupid! The rims alone are worth $500 nice try though ✌️

Called to get a quote on selling my junk vehicle, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and sarcastically laughed asking if my town is "even in Massachusetts" which is just west of Worcester. Then she rudely stated that they were in Lynn, Massachusetts and never gave a quote. She gave a very bad impression of the company.

Lack of follow-uo and communication. Called, spoke to a rep who said would call me back,. She didnt call me back so I called again. Described car and scheduled a pick up. No one came and no one called. When I reached out after waiting for two hours was told that, in fact, they cant pick up the car that I had described during first conversation.
