Unfortunately this company is a scam. I sent them a box with 6.6lbs of out dated 2DDR ram which they promised to pay $10 per pound. Once they received notice that the package was in-route via their tracking number they stopped responding to my attempts to contact them. I've given them a month since the package arrived to make things right. But at this point it is beyond obvious that they have stolen from me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My guess is if this business was ever legit it has long been closed.

This company does not take or recycle old crt monitors because they claim that old televisions do not have enough value for them to take. What then is the use of a recycling company to the community when they are only recycling things that are profitable for them? This company IS NOT a legitimate end of life recycler but a SCAVENGER. They take computer towers that have parts they can resell and they take circuit boards that contain precious metals but refuse to take an old crt monitor that has lead and cadmium, things that really need to be recycled. This company also gives the lowest payout out of all the companies who recycle e-waste. This company does not provide a breakdown of the scrap you send them. They are "NOT" however lying when they tell you the desktop computer you sent does not have enough value for them to pay you. An average desktop weighs 22 lbs. therefore the shipping cost they paid offsets the value of your computer unless this is a newer model with parts that have a high resell value. They "DO" "LIE" about the value when a person sends in ram, circuit boards or other precious metal bearing e-waste. A lot of experienced recyclers have tried sending material to this company and they do pay an average of $2 a lb. for memory while their competition pays $15 a lb. "BIG DIFFERENCE. If you are trying to maximize the value of your ewaste go sell to their competition as this company is paying pennies on the dollar. I have sent in material to this company once and received $10 for 5 lbs. of memory ram. I sent the same amount to their competition and was paid $75. I had to pay for my own shipping selling to their competition but still the difference is $55. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been WARNED!

I sent in 550 pounds worth of scrap and got an $80 check like a month later still waiting for the second check which is supposed to be $76 how sweet terrible company rip off

I had recently sold my unused computer parts to CEFS. They were pretty quick at service response, shipping, processing, and overall experience. I did only receive $5.00 USD back for the parts, but that's understandable since there are other expenses they must use sold parts to cover for, such as the free shipping labels, processing machinery, and there own employees. Overall, it was a good experience doing business with CEFS. Thanks for your service!

Complete scam out of 5 boxes I sent and 14 motherboards they trying to say they don't have enough to process anything. Complete lie, would not send this company a thing. I barely sent anything 2 years ago and got 68 and decided to send the rest since the 1 st transaction was successful .But never again they are officially scam artists
