The owner Hanks a solid dude. Didnt work out with the 1st car, but they're machines, sometimes they break. But he went above and beyond to make it right. Bottom line reasonably priced family run buisness here. Carlos at the desk is a character but hes pretty solid too. The few times I went in, you could see he had "like family" type relationship with the regular customers. Don't expect it to be a stiff "proffesional" atmosphere here, its way better than that. Give them a chance.

I needed a right driver side mirror , I called they were closed spoke to Steve. He was extremely helpful and patient with me. Instructed me to come the next morning and that he would help and that’s exactly what he did . Thank you again Steve for the great customer service . Highly recommend people to come here for quick and cheap parts

STAY AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Bought a pair used of tires there for $40 each (I'm the stupid one there) tried to bargain and see if I could get them at least the same price as Everett (next door - $35), but they would not lower the price. After paying $25 "somewhere else" to get them mounted and balanced (because they don't) I found out that one tire had a side wall puncture. I mean it stay away! There maybe anger here but don't be another stupid one like me. It will cost you much less to go on amazon an get a pair of new tires at $41. If you are willing to settle for used tires, you might as well get the cheap amazon stuff! If you still decide to take you chances with this place go to Everett first 1/4 mile down and see the difference. I'm still beating myself up over my decision to buy from theme.

Horrible service, been calling for 3 weeksevery day they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then i get disconnected. I am trying to get in touch with management with no luck. 3 weeks of the same call tomorrow. They gave me a bad transmission and now they don't wanna honor their part by changing my transmission is just the right thing to do very disappointed.

I called ahead on the phone to ask for a price on a seat rail for a Miata. I was told I could have the whole seat for $50 and when I said I do not need the seat they said I could have the rail for $25. When I showed up one guy remembered talking to me since he asked if I was the guy that called. He discussed it with another employee and he decided that he would not sell just the rail, and required me to buy the whole seat for $75. When I told him that the other employee said it was $50, he claimed that he never said that. If the guy on the phone had no idea what he was talking about, he should have asked so I did not waste my time driving there. The employees provided extremely rude service that should not be allowed in any workplace.

If you want to look for your own parts the very hard to find at this place the cars are not very well organized and to try to find vehicle you looking for could be very difficult if you want them to pull it it's not a bad place prices are fair but keep in mind you can't bring nothing back all sales are final unless you make an arrangement prior to your purchase

I purchased a used Rav 4 engine from them because it was in stock with 90000 miles on it. After driving from Enfield Ct to Norton Ma to meet the driver for delivery 3 times and NO CALL NO SHOW Ian having trouble getting a refund! Charge back has been started with my bank and BBB will be contacted to protect others .STAY AWAY AND FIND A REPUTABLE USED AUTO PARTS DEALER !

Brockton Auto Parts is very disorganized an extremely muddy dirty dirty dirty muddy muddy muddy but they do have vehicles that are hard to find parts for just because I think people don't want to go crawling through the mud to find them so if you ever in a gym money's tight take a look there I do shop they have occasionally but most of the time their prices they will throw out at you it's just under retail so make sure you ask for the price before you go crawling through the mud to be sure it's going to be worth the time and the effort to look for it
