Very disappointed. Not a very organized system. I gave them about 80 lbs worth of scrap metal and got ONE DOLLAR AND FIFTY CENTS $1.50!!! That’s it. Had I known that’s all I’d get I would’ve never made the transaction.

If you are a driver picking up a load from this place be ready for long wait times. I've felt that fork lift go in and out of my trailer at least 50 times. I guess they are using the trailer as a restocking warehouse. 3+ h so far and counting.

Hi just a heads up for the person who left a 3 star review because we only accept aluminum cans & not pet(plastic) bottles. RI does not have a bottle bill(.05 deposit/rebate/TAX!!). I appologize that we do not take plastic bottles but to do so would mean that we would lose money on the transaction. We handle over 200 diffrent commodites, but unfortunatly we cannot process materials that do not generate profits. Nothing is more enviormentally friendly than aluminum cans when compared to plastic or glass(unless you re-use it). My suggestion would be to avoid that type of vessel in general.

I contacted Berger about the cost of scrapping a catalytic converter. Adam promptly responded and let me know that once the weekly pricing sheets came out he would contact me. Within hours Josh had gotten back to me with a quote. Although I ended up not doing business with them (the $ i would get for the cat wasn't worth the trip for me), they were both very pleasant and professional. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. I would do business them in the future if the need were to arise.
