Worst towing company ive had to deal with in my 11 years as an auto mechanic. First of all they towed my car from the resident parking lot where i live, due to my sticker being in the wrong spot. Secondly the tow driver lied to me and said he used tow dollys when there was clearly damage to the front and rear of my vehicle. Also clear as day he broke into my car damaged my outside paint and interior paint to take it out of gear and rummage my glovebox. Third they charged me $160 to release my car from their impound lot after towing it from my residence. If they did their job they would have contacted my building manager and found out my car is registered to park where i live! I have pictures to prove. I was towed at 3am i retrieved my car at 9am, lost time at work, damaged my car and made me pay for it all. Thanks A&G ! Ill make sure your reputation gets around!

I scheduled a 3:30 PM tow around 10:00 am through my insurance with these people so I can make it on time for 5:00 PM to have my tires changed. I have a flat tire and can not go anywhere. Around 4:30 PM I called my insurance and they stated that this company was “over booked due to previous calls”. I am highly dissatisfied with this company. And would not recommend them to anyone. Get it together.

Absolutely horrible company had to deal with them through geico roadside assistance they apparently had the wrong address 3 times after I told them each call what it was. Then what was a 1 hour wait turned into 3 hours stuck in the rain. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.

My experiance with this companies owner Gabriel was truly traumatic. My car was towed for being parked in an unauthorized spot which is completely understandable. I arrived and only had a simple question of how much I would have to pay to get my car out. He gave me a price of 260 and told me I could only pay cash and that he would not give me a receipt. When I questioned him about why I couldn't have a receipt he became extremely aggressive he started swearing at me and told me he'd run me out the lot if I didn't leave. I pray I never have to deal or see this man again. To any women who has to deal with this company I would not go alone.

I was connected to A&G through Geico when my car was disabled in the middle of Friday rush hour traffic on Route 9. Their estimate was an hour and 15 mins, and then they called me to tell me I owed them $15 for the mileage overage and that they would not dispatch until I paid them. I told them my car was blocking traffic and that I could not get my wallet without endangering myself - I had already called the cops so that they could help. The lady rudely hung up, called Geico, and lied to them by telling them I was unwilling to pay. Geico called me to clarify and when I repeated the same thing to them, they said ok and told A&G. At that point, I had been stranded for an hour and still no dispatch - and all over a measly $15. When a cop arrived (remember I'm blocking traffic), he called their own towing service who arrived in 15 minutes. We have requested Geico to mark A&G's record with this experience and to strongly reconsider using them in the future.

Be warned. This is a highly suspicious company. While working out in the gym I noticed someone trying to break into my truck. It was A and G towing using those air bags on my driver side door and they almost had my door opened if I hadn’t run out and stopped him. Another 5 minutes and my truck would have been gone. The company informed me it was a case of mistaken vehicle identity. Someone called in an abandoned vehicle and gave no plate or VIN number and my vehicle matched the description and location. Although the company apologized I find this totally unacceptable. How can a towing company provide a service without that information. I filed a police report, hopefully they will learn from this experience.

I was connected with A & G tow service through geico roadside assistance. What a hassle. I don't understand why they had to lie and couldn't be honest from the start about how busy they were. I was told it would be 60-90 minutes for a tow. After waiting for over three hours still nobody showed. I called 3 times after the 90 minute waiting period and was lied to each time saying he was 20 minutes away or he should be there any minute. At about 3 1/2 hours I called once more and was told he would be at least a few more hours. Word of advice, If you're going to be longer then you say, just be honest. I highly do not recommend these guys. They'll leave you waiting on the side of the road with false hope. Thanks for wasting my day!!

Could give 0 Stars. They gave ETA of 90 minutes for towing. No one showed up after 90 minutes, after calling them, they asked for another 20 minutes. After 2 hours, I called them again and they asked for another 1 hour, then another 15 minutes.... Ruined my day. I've asked my insurance company not to deal with such company.

Mr. Ben helped us tow the car from the gas station. We put diesel instead of gas in it. He gave us a lot of advice and stayed until we put the car key to the kia's service department. It is our first time dealing with this kind of situation. We wouldn't have done it without his help.

Worst company ever! The owner is very condescending.The staff people aren’t any better. They lie about everything. Vehicle was towed from where I’m registered to live! Was told it would be put back. Hours later and new staff and guess what? I’m the liar! Was then told that they weren’t bringing the vehicle back. Worst part about it is, I’m disabled so I can’t exactly jump up to go get the vehicle.you were Unwilling to help me either. Gabriel the owner or if you are, you should be ashamed. I pray anyone with a disability doesn’t have to deal with these heartless cavemen and women working. Beware!!!!!

Terrible! I called these people and they were rude, barely spoke English and they tried to charge me double what Roadway Towing Charged us. Cant compare the two. Roadway Towing was great . These people were RUDE!

While they were loading my Audi they ended up ripping the front bumper off of it with their flatbed truck. I believe the driver was intoxicated .. but who knows.

Great service from the lady I spoke with on the phone to the tow truck driver randy. He arrived when promised, less than 30 min. Would definitely not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Worst service I've seen in 40 years driving career. Requested help for key locked in car. After 4 plus hours, two broken promises called them for thrid time. They said they couldn't handle call and we were on our own. Complained to Good Sam and they dropped them as a service provider. Am calling friend who is Captain with State Police to see if they tolerate this type of performance with A&G too.

Poor response time over 2 and a half hour wait for a lockout service one town over would not recommend them to anyone unless your retired and have all the time in the world.

I was on the side of 495 w/a flat tire and no spare- A&G was great...they contacted me and arrived before the time allotted, and the driver couldn't have been nicer. They even took me to a 2nd repair shop when the 1st. couldn't take my car in a timeframe they had promised. Absolutely a great experience!!

Great experience. The front bumper on my car is a bit low compared to other cars and Kevin was very careful not to scrape or damage anything while pulling it on to the flatbed. He was also quick to arrive, efficient, and courteous. Would use them again if/when I need a tow.

I've now used A& G Towing twice over the past several weeks. On both occasions, they were extremely professional with me. Silvia provided me with quote in within short amount of time. She also provided me with a fairly accurate time-frame of pick-up. The 2 drivers that I interacted with were friendly and performed the service without any hitches. Will certainly use them again in the future.
