Amazing scrap yard that has wonderful customer service. The yard is clean and organized. Nails in tires are the biggest problem when going to scrap yard. They do a great job keeping those nails and screws off the road ways. Nothing sucks more than going into cash in some metal and finding out you have to spend that cash on your flat tire.

If you want to get ripped off on pounds of scrap go here. They short everyone that goes there. Don't know why anyone would turn in scrap here other than the fact they give cash. STAY AWAY! You've been warned.

I took a variety of metal to this yard this weekend, I had Bare brite and copper wire. These jerks paid me for scrap wire. They do not separate the materials They rip you off when they are buying your wire. The employee is rude and they deduct for water that is non existing because if a few rain drops. From what the owner said they may be state certified, but crooks do not need to be state certified. So if you want "better, more money" these are not the people to see. They may pay more but they buy at lower grades. This was my first time there and it will be my last. I will drive the distant to stay away from crooks. I am actually considering calling the better business bureau to complain.

Same as somebody else said, I had a bunch of steel/etc... plus some copper pipe and they just lumped it all together. The next time I went to Scrap Wire, and they did separate and pay at the right rate for copper and brass.

I've been using Reliable for a few years now even though I moved out of the area. This is the only scrap yard that has never tried to pull any funny business with my weights or categorizing my scrap! They take the time to answer my questions and make sure I understand the process. Prices for metal are down right now but I will still make the drive as long as they continue to appreciate my business.

I've been to a few recycling places before but this place was so much better. The customer service interaction was so friendly, the prices were fair and the process didn't take up my whole day! I'll DEFINITELY be coming back to this place in the future :) A+
