Spanish dude in there was rude as f***. He doesn't help you find the car he just says it's in the yard. When I checked to see if car was there no where to be found. Then he wouldn't go help me find it he just tells me it's there, to look, he's ass needs to be fired foreal ,real talk Horrible customer service.

Even with the new owner, they can’t figure out if they have a part. Waste of time by ordering the part that they never even had. go somewhere else to go buy your parts it’s a waste of time by far most the worst customer service ever. They call the customer the day that the customer supposed to receive the merchandise that they ordered.

I got the right part one and the second time it wasn't good the part went i call and told them the part wasn't good the guy who sold me the part he get angry and told me let me get you a replace after a week he get me the replacement but he give me a wrong part went i come back and told him the part you give is not right he told me to explain why them he start told me why didn't you get this or that the mechanic told me the part they give me is from other year of the car and is not working because of that my point is they don't care for the one's who go for replace part is beam 2 weeks and i haven't get my part my car is parking cuz they haven't get the part went i call they yes told me iscoming today we call you but they call you after you keep calling they .. people don't go there for parts of you vehicle go somewhere where they going to appreciate you get there . This junk yard need to have people on the front who like the job they have a lot of issues with the customer service check the other coment from people how have different problems with the costumer service i give them a bid 0 don go at this junkyard..

Came in recently to buy some parts for my car the staff was extremely rude, I don't normally take the time to write reviews of places. I'm also able to tolerate some level of bad customer service, but I don't need to be badgered and disrespected by someone who just doesn't like their job. I would strongly recommend taking your business to another junk yard. You can probably get the same prices and better service somewhere else.

Ordered a Headlight Assembly for a 06 Range Rover. I called them up because it was the wrong part for the vehicle and They refused to picked up, even thought it was their fault of getting the wrong part to me, and it was within the 30 Days of pick up. Horrible customer service! I will never buy a part from them ever again, and I will make sure to do everything in my power to cost them more business from every avenue possible!

Then was told it would be delivered another 2 days after that and still nothing. This is not how business is done. Horrible company

I like this yard because its really close to me in woodbridge. I think it was closed for a long time due to new management or the county closing it due to how messy thr old yard was im not surr. But its very clean now, not muddy and not full of huge rocks you break your ankles on like u pick in staffard and fredericksburg. Those yards you need to bring a respirator bevause how dusty they get or how muddy it gets.. Also vehicles most of them are on stands. Prices are ok. some items are cheaper or as much as other yards.. but some are wayy overpriced. like seats a front seat with manual track is 75$. a door is 125$ thats crazy.. I can get a door in other yards all over va and md for 50-60$ and seats are usually 20-30$. I wanted to get a hood and 4 doors on a Jeep they have there for my mom who is fading in painy.. but im not about to spend 500$ for 4 doors.. when i can spend 200$ in another yard Other items are cheaper though so thats good. I only go here for those items. Its a shame too.. I would buy doors. hoods. and seats from them if they were more reasonable on larger items. another plus is they speak english... Im getting real frustrated with some places that hire illegal immigrants who cant speak a word of english.

Kenny was awesome. Called on a Saturday looking for a FRM (footwell module) for a E90 BMW. Since there are hundreds of part number supersessions and multiple options I was happy that he took the time to answer all of my questions to make certain I got the correct part I needed and at a great price. He reached out on Monday like he said he would to inform me they found the part and it should be at their location on Wednesday. Sure enough, called me on Wednesday letting me know it was in. Had my customer pick up the part, we installed it, coded it to his vehicle, and everything works flawlessly! Thank you again Kenny!

This review is from M&K Auto Repair, Inc Manager. I ordered a used door on 14 August with a guy name German. He promised to deliver it on Friday, 24 August. I contacted the company on Friday afternoon, German said "It's suppose to come from a different yard and the delivery driver forgot to pick it up but I will definitely deliver it on Monday, 20th August. On Monday morning I gave him a call to conform the delivery, German said the delivery driver will deliver the part around 12:00 PM. The time now is 5:00 PM, and I have spoken to at least 4 different people since 1:00 PM and each of them, including the manager ask me again for the vehicle information to locate the part. Long story short, the manager is saying "there was no order made for this vehicle". No disrespect to management or employees but this is not how you do business. Thanks for your time.

I called them around 2:15 on a Saturday afternoon, and was told that I could come by and look for the part I needed. Having this being my first time, my husband and I got our 2 year old granddaughter and head over there. We get there around 2:30 only to be told that we could not do anything because they were closed. When I mentioned that I had just called and was told to come by. The man on the far end of the counter told me that he didn’t know why I was told to come by, when it could’ve only been him or the other guy closest to the door that answered the phone and told me to come by. But, neither of them acknowledged that they told me to come by. I was so pissed that I hurriedly drove over there only to be told that I could not be serviced. Customer service needs improvement.

I wish i can give this rude guy zero star. OMG, I cannot believe the approach this guys have. He was spitting several times right in front of me. Not ready to help. Absolutely rigid approach. Please find your part online or from California but not from here. There are many similar companies, don’t spoil your day with this people.
