I contacted the company based on the reviews although I saw the really bad review of the person who did not even receive a return phone call. Unfortunately, the same happened to me. I called, spoke with Abby and sent pictures as requested just to receive no response. I made a follow up call and spoke to a different person and still nothing. The excuse was that the junk removal staff has not figured out their schedule. What does that have to do with providing an exact estimate when pictures were provided. Nometheless, it shouldn't take weeks to figure out your availability. I will not call back and wouldn't recommend their unprofessional service.

I called on an urgent need to have junk removed from a house I was renting and moved out of. I called rather than filling out an appointment online because I had hoped they might give me a straight answer on when the appointment could be made. If you were to fill out the request online, the website asks that you pick 3 different times on the scheduled day. In this case the very next day was the soonest available. I hoped that by calling that they might have a last minute cancelation and could get my junk removed the same day, or at least get a confirmation on when an appointment could be made. After 2 days passed I called them back (having never heard from them) and was told they were still waiting on the junk removal crew to give them an estimate on when they could make it to the house. I never even received an update. Not a response to my email, nothing. Not only that, I was told that the appointments made on their website do not actually reflect when they are able to make it to your request. If that is the case, than why even make that an option?! For a matter that I explained was urgent, I at least expected them to keep me updated on the matter. I can understand being backed up on requests, but this should have at least been handled with professionalism. I am now rushing to find someone to take care of this because the situation has blown up in my face. I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone.

If you are in the market for getting some junk removed from your home or business, don't even waste your time calling anywhere else!! Between the administrative staff, and the team that comes out to do the job, you will never find a more polite, efficient, and just over all great team!!
