Great place to come and get parts they have a huge inventory that you can check online before comming but don't bother showing up at 9 they always open late leaving there customers to stand in a line waiting out front. Very unprofessional and I am sure lkq is unaware of this problem

It's 9:19 they are sitting around in the office joking around. There is a long line of people that are trying to get in and they still have not opened the doors. No signage saying that they are opening later due to memorial day and no one will answer you.

My visit was kool, found exactly what I came for PLUS, paid under 23.00 for what i expected to be 45...the bouncer (tool bag checker), was kool, even joked when i was leaving, I LOVE the fact the cars are off the ground, and EXACTLY where the computer placement said they where, clean yard...in closing, i live by Andrews AFB, 1 hour away, I choose Quality and Customer Service above all else..

Great place. Very will organized and helpful. I told the person at the front what I was working on and she gave me the locations for that vehicle that they had on hand. The yard his well kept, clearly marked and in order. All the vehicles were where they were supposed to be. Didn't find all that I was looking for today, but it was still a pleasant experience.

5/5/2016 I have been going to this location before lqk ownership and up until today , I have always had a good experience.since lqk took over , the vehicles are all elevated and spaced so you can actually work on them.that is not the case with a lot of competitors who jam as many cars in as possible and could be submerged in 8 inches of mud. I haven't been in about 5 months,so I didn't realise the admission went from $1 to$2. When I went to use the atm it was broken.the customer service personel(male- around 12:30pm) obviously wasn't going to let me in with just my dollar, so off to the local atm I go about five miles into town.my bad, I'll know next time. when I returned I asked the attentant if he knew where row "o" was.he hapily informed me it was next to row "p"! Wow , good to know. He then directed me to the map, where I located the section were the inventory locator said it would be . I then questioned if my mercury mini van would be in the Ford section as listed and was told "if that's where they listed it, that's where they put it". I then walked to the farthest part of the lot and no minivan. I then walked the trucks/minivan section where they usually are , and there it was. I now know that the locator isn't always right,and the lady who used to work there and would ask you your vehicle and where to find it, was a godsend.On the flip side, if I need a smart ass customer service agent who offers no customer service , I know right where to go.

Wow i like this place you dont have to walk around to find what you need. They are very organized. The lovely lady at the front entrances told me exactly where to go. Awsome.♡

Never been here but been to the others and the little stuff that they charge you for that will just get thrown away is unprofessional I think. Example a fuse box is $8 more with the fuses, a door you have to pay extra for trim, mirror, glass, door panel, window switch, window motor, window track and whatever else comes off of it. They a great on one piece items like bumper skins, tailights and stuff but dont expect to get the bulbs without a price niether. $2 to walk the yard seems to be alot of places which is bull but is what it is. Overall its just another yard to me and i was going to check this one out but if they dont want to open there doors Ill go to the others. Its diffidently worth shopping but I know many smaller yards that are cheaper and not making tear a door apart and you can get the whole door a little cheaper than they want for a bare one. The good, They do have a big selection so if you have a few cars to buy for you might do it all in one trip. And they are fair priced its just the greediness in there hardware that gives you a bad taste. Like they even want you to buy there shirts to advertise for them lol.

This place is a JOKE. Pictures on website are misleading af. you call ahead of time to make sure they have what you need before you waste the gas to go over 30 miles to get to it, lady tells you, you have to go see for yourself, get there, have to pay 2 dollars a person just to get in. After you dig through piles of stuff to find what your looking for, you go to pay, and the prices is way mote expensive for what the website told you. I’ll stick my local junk yard.
