If you try and sell your vehicle they will screw you over. Tell give you a higher quote over the phone and drastically drop it once you are in person.

Thought this place would have improved when LKQ took over. Seems like it’s only gone downhill. Cars are stripped wrecks, seems like most good parts are pulled before they’re made available to customers. Staff is rude, Unknowledgeable, and treats every customer like a criminal. Business has a very unprofessional and unlawful practice of leaving customers personal information exposed in open view of the public & will not let you enter their mess of a yard unless you agree to this. Nothing on this property is worth the risk of having your identity stolen because the business was negligent in the disclosure of your infornation. To add insult to injury the parking lot is littered with metal debris which could be damaging to tires. I lived without this place when it was Crazy Rays, I can live without it as LKQ.

hate that LKQ has the junkyard now, they jacked up the prices, and try to charge for every little thing. eastside recycling ya best bet, for the prices u pay at lkq u do better at eastside, plus they pull the parts.

Good selection good prices. One downside is they don't let you bring testing tools in like multimeters. What's surprising is the level of camaraderie among patrons. Most people will lend you a tool that you forgot.

Went there today for a rear axle for my pickup truck went in signed in staff very rude and unprofessional I proceed to the back to get my part I find a truck in the back stacked on top of another but there was my part I needed ice been to every location nothing but here it is I can't get it out because it's in between another I go to staff to see if possible to retrieve it they told me those vehicles are for scrap and not for sale I even explained I would purchase the entire vehicle for double just to get that part still unable to help I do alot of business in the parts industry and will no longer continue to do business with this SHADY establishment I knew the owners of crazy rays personally my whole life I wish it was never sold

The african american woman at the checkout is so rude. She charged me different piece which is higher than mine. She tried to push me to sign the receipt and when I told her this is not my piece she said I know what I am doing. I pulled my phone and showed her the price for my piece and then called someone else so they refunded me partial of the difference in cash. Because there was a long line, I chose to pass and not telling her the refunded cash was missing $5. LKQ, when you hire people, please check their math knowledge !

Went to hawkins point to take advantage of the !40% sale and took time to pull my parts to my shock i get to the window and was told that were not participating in the40% sale that was like being !!ROBBED!! With out a pistol #very disappointed # not good business practices# whats good for one should be good for all!!.

Excellent place for someone selling parts on Amazon or Ebay. Late model tail lights and side mirrors move quick during snow season- word to the wise!!!
