We had a significant mess of trees and branches fall into our yard after a bad wind storm. Eric and his crew came out and gave a free estimate and were ready to begin the job immediately. Mel was phenomenal in both his work ethic and his commitment to customer service. He worked very efficiently and made every effort to ensure I received the maximum value from his services. Eric did a great job in following up on the details of the job and he ensured that I received maximum value from their services. I will definitely be using this company again and I recommend them for anyone looking for junk removal or yard clean up.

The Junk King guys went *way* above and beyond in disposing of three old window A/C units that were very firmly fixed in place. After removing the units (a mission in and of itself), they cleaned the windowsills, put old screens back on their tracks, and generally made sure the window were in good shape. I'm very appreciative!

The young men who came to clear my garage were polite and courteous and energetic. They set about their work with quiet professionalism--it was very impressive. There was no chit chat between them- just quiet efficiency as they loaded the truck. I was doing some yardwork nearby and could barely hear anything except the movement of the junk. They finished up by sweeping down the area and left it pristine.I have used other haulers before--College Hunks, Tenleytown Trash, etc all very, very unpleasant experiences. This was done so quickly, so brilliantly, I want them to come back in a month or so when I clear out my attic!

I work for this company for over a year now and was rob of my money not one time but three times.I have the company about the problems nothing cant even get a call back and also he trying to frame me saying i stole people checks i broke into his shop when he just took my pay check saying i lost a phone when i didnt.I have been charge for a wheel barrow i didnt lose and a customer gave a chain saw he wouldn't give back to me.He steal donate receipts from customers.I could go on and on about this company i would say far back from this company!!! Thats all a lie never stole from nobody in my life but i have many people that have work for you can say to stole they money you fire a guy for asking for there money.You know its a lie you made sure you responded to my review then the customer that was pleased with the service.Let that sink in all you want to do is frame me.Not going to happen!!!

This is a great company with exceptional people helping. They have a "can do" spirit and they enjoy giving it their all. I was impressed at the estimate (I chose them because they don't over-price.). But I couldn't believe my luck at getting the least expensive and yet better service than I could have imagined. Do yourself a favor and choose them. Oh! They overestimated the price so I paid less. As far as I am concerned they are highly recommended. Thanks to the "m n m crew": Mel and Marcus! I made up that name for them.

We hired Junk King to haul away a large amount of yard debris. Due to our driveway being very steep and narrow they were unable to bring the truck up from the street. They guys got right to work carrying all the debris down the driveway and never complaining. I will definitely hire them again.

The service and guys who moved my tv were excellent and great! We're on time and gave me plenty of notice. However, they gave me a quote of 98$ once they were 2 minutes out and didn't meet the 100$ cap to receive the $30 off deal for ordering online. For that, my rating is a zero. If I had a truck or knew the quote prior to itilizing this service, I would have taken it to the dump for FREE or gave a friend $50 to help me move it. It was a 60" tv. Once again, the guys who took the tv were awesome and had a great attitude, but the price was not good . Edit: promo States $20 off. Not $30 as I stated in review.
