I will admit this started out rough. The tow company did not follow the proper protocol with this deal. However, my representative continued to be on top of the situation and texted me through the entire time. This is a global company with local partners which sometimes things don’t go as smoothly as planned. The corporate office fixed it and matched prices from other companies. I recommend going here and if something goes wrong, work with them; the will correct the issues. Thank you Courtney, Nicole, and Brian for your professional service.

I had a great experience with Mr. Jock selling our F150 we owned for over 10 years. The process was easy. I made the initial contact via phone a brief description of the truck was given tag number, mileage and condition etc. Jock took the information and a call was returned to me within an hour with a reasonable price for the truck. A date to pick up the truck was scheduled. The tow truck driver also brought the cashiers check for the agreed amount to buy the truck. I would definitely used the service again.
