The staff is extremely rude and parts are as expensive as dealer. They really aren't looking to do buisness or work with you. It's one way for them and that's all. Wouldn't recommend them.

Would give this place no stars if I could. I bought a part for my 2010 mini Cooper from them. They do not check the parts to make sure it's good and u have to pay for it before the can remove it from the car in there inventory. And if it is damaged it has to be returned Monday through Friday which they do not tell you when you get the part and on there website it doesn't say as well. All I can say that is good about this place is the people are nice and friendly.

A few months ago I purchased a T5 Trans for my 70 Nova, Best had the Best priced within 200 miles, I showed up and received a trans out of their organized motor and tranny building and was headed down the road within minutes. Trans is now in and shifting Perfect! I had a great experience with this business and will continue to make the drive to them to save $

Just called this business with my young daughter to ask a simple question about scraping her car. She is 22 and was making her first inquiry as an adult without me, her father, doing it for her. She was pleasant, and when she asked a simple question about if the locatikn was in Frederick, the response from the male who answered was rude, mocking, and incredulous that she did not know Frederick was the only location. He continued being short, curt, and rude for the remainder of her inquiry. Funny how a theme of many of the reviews in this thread speak of rude customer service. Stay away from this place and go somewhere where you may be treated with respect. Unbelievable.

WORSE PLACE EVER! Very unorganized. Save yourself time, headache and find another place to trash your car, they were supposed to pay me $125 for my old car. First they lost the title, I had to keep calling back to check if they found it. Once they found it, they mailed the check to the wrong address. I called, they said they would mail it to the correct address. It's been over two months now and have yet to receive a check. Other places pay $300 for an old car, wish I would've known this before.
