What producer thinks this is a good idea? This Andy guy speaks to his Father by his name ? Very disrespectful.I was taught to respect my Father not run around as if he made the business and calls him by his name instead of any other names. It's my my my stuff. It's his Father's parts. Big mouth wanna be. His workers have much respect. Pull this show until Andy ( how I roll ) if it was not for his ( Father ) he would be working in my bathroom every day.

I don't know if that chubby guy was Andy, but he was a total jerk with me and my girlfriend. I don't know if it was because we were gay or were communicating in Spanish! They have a huge sign "SE HABLA ESPAÑOL" but he seemed lazy about it like he doesn't have a good attitude. He didn't even help us with what we were looking for, and every time I asked him something didn't even bother to look at me. Never recommending or coming back here never again. There are very nice places and with good prices in MD, please don't go here.

They are expensive you need to do your homework before you go there as they were trying to sell a 1997 alternator for $50 when the alternator cost around 65 new over the internet. They also could only accept cash as their credit card and debit machine was broken. I gave them a 2 star rating only because they do have a large selection of parts.

Upon reading some of the reviews I decided not to call them...but after speaking with two other companies and they said give them a try...I'm so glad that I did...I'll agree when I first called I wasn't to happy but when I was told to call back and ask for the owner TIM; man what a difference...after speaking with him I decided to do business with this company and I was very pleased...regardless of what I read I suggest that you call the place for yourself as you never know why people give bad reviews...I'm in Florida and my son is in Maryland attending college; I had to rely on people over the phone...this place was very good to me... Again TIM thank you for all your help...

Called for replacement part and some guy complained about me calling his personal cell phone which the number is posted on google as the contact for this establishment terrible or whatever you call not helpful shity service if this is a real business here.

While the company itself is good, their customer service by live chat is lousy. I ordered something last week and specifically requested an adapter be added to the kit. The sales rep placed the order and swore it was. Then when I received my receipt, it wasn't on there so I went back into live chat and asked about it. He said to trust him, that he placed it himself. Today I received my kit and the adapter was not in there. Since the guy insisted multiple times it would be there and blew off my concerns, I'm very disappointed in this experience. To make matters worse, I call today and they're not open and I sent a comment through live chat as it instructs you too since they're closed and it comes back as undeliverable. I sincerely hope that once they contact me, they right this wrong.

Called today to find out they had parts for my car whoever answered the phone was very rude and put me on hold numerous times then when he told me they didn't have what I needed as I was saying Thank you they hung up in my face. Smh I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

a bunch of rude people don't spend your money with rude people people that are rude need to go to hell that way they have more people to talk to that are rude when you go into one of these establishments you at least want to give them three or four stars but when they're rude how can you even give them 100 you have to so they get what we have to give which is 1 * this goes out to the rude MF that I talk to on the phone you won't be in business very long being rude to your customers

The owner is an absolute jerk. Arrogant and rude. Told me he didnt need my money when i suggested his price was slightly high which it was. I left and ordered my part online for cheaper and didnt have to deal with the clowns. STAY AWAY

This place is awful, the employees are rude and need customer service training. I called and asked for an a/c compressor and some guy who could barely speaker English asked for twice the price the Ford dealership and when I asked how much mileage it had he said I don't know what your talking about? I wpull would think twice before I used these rip off artists.
