Very rude employees....they are unprofessional (took forever to take my ID info). I started to unload cans, but was asked to stop - then asked again! No way - I'm the customer and you should be glad I offered to help 1st time around. They did not guide this 1st-time customer well enough to feel welcomed - after weighing, I was sent to drive to driveway to get cash....then told instead to walk up to door. Got in "trouble" for knocking on door....Then - cashier was argumentative...instead of apologizing and leading me to right area. Will not go back again to Scrapworks/P.A.....will have to go to Beaumont to unload recycled goods.
