Very professional. Great communication. I was called multiple times to confirm everything and to see how many people were needed from them so I didn’t have to do anything. The loading crew was extremely friendly as well as careful with the boxes. I hope Costco starts going with this company instead of Yellow Freight from here on out. Junk King’s service was in a completely different league.

Very quick to pickup! I scheduled my appointment for the 12-2pm block around 6pm the evening before. I didn’t figure they’d be available, but I ended up receiving a call from the crewman asking if they could stop by earlier because they had already wrapped up their other jobs for that morning. That actually worked better for me anyway. The two gentlemen were very professional and courteous. I would recommend this expert service to anyone that is in a time crunch to remove bulky disposal like I was or to anyone without the capability to do it themselves. It did cost quite a bit, but it honestly didn’t surprise me. I think it was a fair price.

I had a fire in my shed while I was out of town, which left a freezer with food sealed shut inside. Two weeks later, the rotten food smell permeated everything back there and I was too afraid to go near it. Junk King was the only company I could find willing to haul the freezer away with everything inside. Curtis and Brian arrived at my house exactly when they said they would. They were very courteous and extremely careful with our property and belongings. In addition, they also hauled away a few last minute items and offered me advice on getting the smell out of the shed. I highly recommend Junk King and these two gentlemen!!

Called and spoke to John on a Thursday afternoon in the way home. We scheduled a pickup for Friday morning between 10 - 12 pm. I received a call from Keith at 9:15 am on Friday morning and they arrived at my home right at 10 am. Loaded everything my wife asked them do promptly and efficiently. Both employees were very courteous and respectful. My wife rated them 10 our of 10. I am in the service industry myself so I know a good company when I see them. If you need to have anything removed Junk King is the way to go. On top of that the pricing is extremely reasonable. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. They are the best.

The automated process allowed me to easily schedule service at the last minute. It was also easy to upload photos thru text for the company to see exactly what mess they would be picking up. They removed the cuttings of a medium size tree and two large sago palms. Afterwards they swept and cleaned up all the mess leftover on the driveway and in the yard. Great job and efficiently done.
