When the tow company came to pick up, they were very friendly and polite.They talked to use about the process and asked if we had questions before signing the paperwork. Many companies try give you a low ball price but this company was different. They have the best customer service.

I called this company just by reading the reviews. It is extremely overrated. They quoted my totaled car 100 dollars. I am glad I made some search and sold my car another company for 410 dollars. Never ever accept the first offer a company gives.

These people are LIFESAVERS! After calling 2 other nationally known businesses that buy and remove cars, that either never called back after putting the information on there contact us page, or not calling back after making an offer, I saw the the link to BrotherAutoMax. . The entire transaction was completed in about 20 minutes! That's it ! Talk about easy to work with! These people operate like what customer service used to be! All my questions were answered, and they have me instructions that were easy to follow and were correct in getting the car legally out of my life. Brother Auto Max turned around what had turned in to a frustrating experience! They are easy to work with, they know what they are doing, and oh yeah, the car was picked up at the time they said it would.
