Sold me a broken part, refused to give me my money back. Was persuaded heavily to use cash to avoid "fees" but was NOT told hat there were no cash refunds. Definetly feel like I've been scammed. And I was not aware or told of the no cash refund policy. I found out about no cash refunds after receiving my receipt, no one told me. But next to that statement was a signature Spot which I DID NOT sign. But even though I was not aware or did not sign, they refuse to refund me. All they offered store credit but who wants store credit to a place that sells broken items?

Rudest people and place of business I have ever dealt with. Very ambiguous in business dealings. Make customers feel as if they are an inconvenience to them.
