Very poor service my 17 year old son went through with steel and aluminum having never been to scrap before got ripped off. They have no one explaining how the process works. They just send you through. A trailer load and he got a whole 12.00. It does not take but a few words to explain to someone what they are supposed to do.... when I called the lady was a total mean lady... rude company
